The ingrained delusion just grows stronger and stronger, in fact it's developed into Trump-level fibbing, and at times the belief that if they lie it makes it fact.

Old Danny obviously needs protection from the 'slanderous' accusations that deservedly come his way, but just take a deep breath piggies, you're looking every bit
the lower champ side, something you've been working hard to achieve.

Ohhhhh sausage roll.....poor old sausage roll"
Oh can't be arsed anymore
They are so bitter and angry...

Wilder has two promotions with us, a remarkable 9th place finish in the premier League and what did at Northampton with the wheels coming off is just as impressive. Got Oxford a promotion too

Twice EFL manager of the year and LMA manager of the year.

Anyone with that record at various levels has achieved a hell of a lot in the game. You have to be pig ignorant to not see that.

They love sausage because he came in for a manager who was an absolute flop. He's not done much.
If he was called Jamie Smith or something, from Hartlepool, but with the same coaching background and record, they wouldn’t be as hyped either.

I have noticed on Radio Sheffield that they now pronounce Rohl as Rhyl, as if he is seaside town in North Wales.
They really love him on Radio Sheffield, constantly bigging him up.
Listen (as Hecky would say) he did a great job last year getting them out of the mess they were in. But is this season’s performance worthy of the praise he gets from the fans and the media? I don’t think they have the worst squad by any means, in fact they tell us this constantly: best goalie, the two best midfielders, Max Lowe the new Maldini, Josh Windass being headhunted by top Brazilian sides. It’s only when it suits them that they are actually league one players, continuing to perform miracles. In reality they are a mid-table side currently sitting mid-table. I don’t think he is going to surpass the points total or position that Wilder got in 17/18 (10th with 69 points) with a promoted side.
It’s just not that impressive, to me.

Also after Herr Sausage mentioned VAR should be in the championship, they have managed to shoehorn in some issue that would been in the pigs favour in every game since if there was a version of it in the championship. I've not noticed them mention this for any other local clubs.

Looks like he’s going, going, gone?

Express:

“Southampton are reportedly planning to sack boss Ivan Juric at the end of the season, just two months after he took over from Russell Martin, after the Croatian has presided over three points from his 10 Premier League games in charge. The Saints are stuck on just nine points, two below the lowest-ever total in the division. Juric is now set to pay the price for failing to turn around club fortunes, with a successor already seemingly identified. However, there may be complications over the timing of the change.

According to The Sun, chairman Dragan Solak has already targeted his replacement. Sheffield Wednesday manager Danny Rohl is reportedly being lined up, having previously been at St Mary's under ex-manager Ralph Hassenhuttl.

The Owls could claim compensation of around £4million for an approach from the top-flight club. However, if Southampton wait until they are relegated to make a move, that fee will be significantly less.

Rohl, 35, also worked with Southampton's new technical director, Johannes Spors, at German club RB Leipzig. He took over at Hillsborough in October 2023 with the club deep in relegation trouble, and duly led them to survival on the final day.

They are safely placed in 13th this time around, seven points off the play-offs and 14 clear of relegation. Rohl has also impressed English fans as a pundit, working for ITV during Euro 2024.”
