Especially when it's 100% accurate.

Reminds me of a conversation I had with a stickler ref in the Hope Valley League, back in the day...

"Ref, if I said you were a cunt, would you send me off?"

'Yes, of course I would.'

"But what if I just thought it?"

'No, I wouldn't. How could I?'

"Alright then, I think you're a cunt!"

People do move for money, but usually it’s not the main reason. If they are otherwise happy and feel valued, and are being given the tools to do the job expected of them, and feel they have prospects, then they don’t move just for money.
