Not sure I‘ve heard of an epic tranny window. Is that why everyone calls CW progressive?

I'll be honest and say I don't actually know anything about any of these players we've been linked with so I'm kind of struggling to get too excited about it really.
Yes, the figures being thrown about would suggest that we mean business and are looking to build on what we already have so just hoping that these players, IF they do indeed arrive, really can add that bit of extra quality to the group.
Time will tell I guess and I trust Mr Wilder's judgement 100% but please dont let any of them turn into vastly more expensive versions of Hussey, Higdon, Holmes, Leonard etc etc . . . . . . PLEASE!!!

This signing is one of our most important in our entire history, it’s a statement of intent buying one of the most promising young midfielders in Europe. Once we buy Berge it will be easier to attract other European names who have ambition.

Have a realistic tablet skipper...if we sign someone for £17 million ....there’s no guarantee he’s gonna be a superstar ...fingers crossed and all that ..but let’s all take 5 for half n hour and see what he’s like ....

Berge is arguably one of the stand out talents in European football at the moment. Head and shoulders above Liverpool's midfield when they played in the champions league.

By and large when wilder has spent ‘good money’. Respective to our situation at the budget the players have been hits.

League one - biggest signings Moore, JOC and Clarke (all hits)

Champion big money (at the time) moves for Norwood and Egan obviously worked out well . Even chunky fees for Leonard and Evans have been more than recouped.

mouse and mcburnie have the makings of a long term partnership. And they obviously were Our biggest fees this time around.

That said I don’t know much about him either and all signings are risks only he looks like like a technically gifted player who’d complement the other played well.

the squad is so strong at the moment i think you are talking decent money 15m plus to be able to improve on some of the players. How much would a superior fleck cost or Egan for example?

Think the quality of fleck, Norwood AND lunny. But in one player. Aged 21.

If he was one of the “ stand out talents in European football “ there’s no way in this world ..or the next would we besigning him ..there would be maybe 40 clubs plus who would be in front of us in terms of budget etc to sign a “ stand out talent in Europe “ .....

He might be a young lad with promise ....as are hundreds of others ...just be a tad realistic ..
