I know that is where I read it. Im making a point about how the Prince is going to deal with a crisis of his making.
Not really a revelation then?

I’m not claiming to have broken this story I read it online, I am making a broader point.I started a thread an hour and a half ago with that news via Twitter. Which other returning players are going to fill the voids?
Didn’t say he would. Two player’s returned in less than a month. If your source thinks Peck is going to play for us this season, I've lost confidence in the African intel!
He wasn't making the starting line up for OldhamI’m not claiming to have broken this story I read it online, I am making a broader point.
Played every game other than this weekend...He wasn't making the starting line up for Oldham
SarcasmNot really a revelation then?![]()
Hadn't started since the 7th ( unless he did in the fa trophy but my app doesn't show those line ups) so maybe we decided it's better getting him back here. Good little learning spell at a higher level than most go out first time out. Brooks, Ndiaye and many others tend to go the level below.Played every game other than this weekend...
What point are you making? He wasn't making the starting line up for Oldham
I think he may well go out again. Oldham fans suggest he's played well there.Hadn't started since the 7th ( unless he did in the fa trophy but my app doesn't show those line ups) so maybe we decided it's better getting him back here. Not if McAtee is out for any length of timeI think he may well go out again. Oldham fans suggest he's played well there.
So you're offering opinions based on your negative view of the current hierarchy?I know that is where I read it. Im making a point about how the Prince is going to deal with a crisis of his making.

Yes, but the issue then might be the amount of time it takes to sort out:surely fulham wouldnt be paying the full 20m upfront anyway so if we could get enough to financially make us stable newcastle wouldnt be a bad option and we may get more like 30m with add ons from them
Can't see it personally, still a way off first team level from what I've seen at u21 level and read from Oldham fans. We'd utilise others like Brooks before Peck at this stage I think. Not if McAtee is out for any length of time
That's every league game, bar one...He's played 9 times since November, hardly every game.

Oldham have only had 10 games since he joined them haven’t they?
Couple of FA Trophy games but 10 league games, yes.Have they really only had 10 games since November? They played through the WC. I'd say we've played close to 10 games since the WC break, surely that's not right.
Aye but a reasonable chance of a significant increase in income in the not too distant future and, if necessary, a fire sale of assets for very significant sums in the summer if no promotion.Already charges on the assets and over parachute income.

Yes, as well as other things. What I find amazing is that my initial contributions met with disdain etc and these have been dismissed on what basis (opinions). If I can just put it to you that my original concerns are still there. One of our best wishes players is being sold when we are 13 points ahead of rivals, etc etc. I express my annoyance based on this and other reasons and I am treated with scepticism. I’ve never been a pessimistic blades fan but I feel that we are genuinely in a situation that our season can be ruined. I’m amazed that blades fans have excuses lined up like he can pay out of embargo and buy again. A player who was happy to stay sold by a chairman to pay for an embargo that he is responsible for but he’s doing it so he can buy someone else (24 hrs before deadline) sorry for my scepticism! So you're offering opinions based on your negative view of the current hierarchy?

So fans won’t be shocked if tomorrow he’s sold Ndiaye and Berge? Why? It’s how football works
yes see your point balti its gonna be down to the wire just think we would get more out of newcastle than fulham howe obviously wants to have a look at berge before he comitts whereas silva seems happy to sign him now on a permanent transfer could of course be a player exchange in any deal as wellYes, but the issue then might be the amount of time it takes to sort out:
SB medical at Newcastle, talk terms, agree contract, signature - then we have to organise a loan secured against the income due at the end of the season, then receive approval.
All before the deadline in a little over 24 hours?!!!!
And you needn’t have asked the question. You could have stopped at yes![]()
If a bid comes in that matches or exceeds your valuation and the player wants to leave then they leaveSo fans won’t be shocked if tomorrow he’s sold Ndiaye and Berge?
