Liverpool and Arsenal both after a midfielder according to SSN due to injuries. Wouldn’t surprise me if they both made enquiries for a loan. So glad that hasn’t happened

Wrong

His quality has been known for ages, and did very well at Swansea too

Anyone with knowledge knew what a great loan signing he was, we did well to get him
His value came from last season with us.
Do you really believe anyone would have paid 25m for him if he'd stayed at Wolves playing a bit part?
The anser is no.

Yes but IF the board do sell him and IF its for less than 22m and IF we don't replace him by the close of the window, then I will definitely be in the car park sans Gazelles.

Fuck it, I'm going there now just in case. Need a spot at the front.

You don’t think the fact Steve Cooper was his England Under 17 manager had anything at all to do with it?
Back to the point, that no championship player is worth more than 25m.
Hw wasn't and wouldn't be without the season he just had for us.
Basically he's a championship player that went fdor over 25m. it's that simple really.

Basically a championship player who has played 60 games in the Prem and is a England Youth International player at every level.

uton.Thank fuck!

Not a surprise, but a big relief
ays
Question is, are we still signing Kone?
The thing what gets me is if we keep Berge and he plays poorly for a few matches like he did against Luton.
Many on here will be saying he's crap and why didn't we cash in whilst we had the chance.
Then the owner will receive criticism for poor transfer dealings and being clueless.
There will even be some Blades saying they knew all along that Berge was crap and he's not suited to English football.

Either that or they’ll say he’s sulking because we didn’t sell him.

But he's not crap and anybody who knows even a tiny bit about football can see he is class.

Keep avoiding mate, you're reading the situation completely wrong and looking for negatives that aren't there .
well you cant blame me for thinking the worst in Sheffield United considering our history 😀

but i was ok in the afternoon. but then i was reading a few of respected journalists where making it credible thats when i got worried & emotional. but im just glad that common sense has prevailed. which was more what i talking about. because the deal benefits neither player or club. because if he says we have better chance of promotion & he has pick of more prestigious clubs befitting his talent when he does eventually leave
