I don't think paying that kind of fee for a 29 year old fits in with our transfer strategy - future proofing the squad with young players (appreciating assets). You're right though, it's a very fair price.

He's a right handful - hope JOC and Egan are up for that particular battle next season. Perez - good finisher also and to think we HAVE to be looking to take points of the barcodes if we want to stay in the division.

After the euphoria of promotion sinks in - the reality of the task becomes stark when you look at the players the poorer end of the division has.
