Thing is, he's had loads of money. He's spent it well... for the most part.

But we're still on our arse and that says everything.
 
He failed and the club are to blame for appointment him in the first place.

I mentioned this on another thread but don't think anybody answered, but is it Weir that has made the signings or that transfer man whose name I don't know?

Players like Baxter, Brandy, Cuvelier and even Taylor should all be doing a lot better in this league than they are.
 
We are one midfielder and a captain away from a cracking team. We need a semedo type water carrier. Stick Baxter up top.. I would forgive Weir a little if this was rocket science

I can't believe you are being entirely serious?

From a playoff finish, minus McDonald and plus 11 players chosen by Weir himself, and we're now bottom of England's third division.

Crawley game, night match, didn't score, defensive errors, lost, didn't have a shot, ground virtually empty with 5 mins to go, manager sacked, Morgan in temp charge, one good result, etc etc.
