FIFA says he is very good and you can buy him for £1 million. Bargain.

Get him bought before the price goes up!

Just before the game I said they'd (apparently) had offers of £25 million for him in the last transfer window (rumoured to be Tottenham and Man U) and that I'd seen him on TV against Wolves and he looked shit. Famous last words...

Was gonna suggest him as a possible buy if we go up to the Prem, but now I've seen the competition...

He's been playing as an out and out left back for much of this season which is puzzling.

Thought Cairney was the stand out player though. I have no idea why they are struggling so much to be honest. That said we are the perfect side for them in how we set up.They are a superb counter attacking team with their pace. I imagine if you went ultra defensive against them they'd have tons of possession but not create too much.

Only noticed the kid at 3 times tonight - then again I only noticed Dele Alli once in the game he bagged the winner. He’s obvious quality. Played about 50 games at 17 and bagged a fair few. Definitely destined for a very very big future.

Agree that Cairney, and to add to that Ojo, were the standouts. Just imagine if Wilder had that talent to choose from.

Cairney and Sessegnon the stand out players for Fulham for me, but as a team they were too quick for us up top tonight and passed it really well in the middle, they were a bit bobbar at the back at times though. I felt they were the better team on the night overall but the fact we dragged it back to 5-4 is testament to the never say die attitude Chris Wilder has installed in this team and even at the death we didn't resort to just constantly lumping the ball forward.

Aside from John Fleck. An absolutely unbelievable footballer. We’re lucky to have him.

Thought Cairney and Fleck were the best two midfielders on the pitch today. That's saying something about Fleck's performance because Fulham's other midfielders were good too. We shouldn't let the defeat distract us from how good Fleck was - without Coutts alongside him.

Best player on the pitch. Cairney was good but Fleck was unreal, going both ways. You could argue 4/5 players had an off night tonight and there was still only one goal in it, chiefly down to the excellence of Fleck and Clarke.

Tbh to score a hatrick against us is a fair feat in all honesty.

I'm not normally one for lavishing big praise on opposition players, but wow! Can't even buy a pint yet and is a class player already!

We saw a quality player at the lane tonight!
Absolutely quality player, brilliant to watch.

Defended well, but was always looking to get forward and play out of trouble.

I'd love to see him in a Blades shirt.

How opinions can vary because I thought Ojo for them, on loan from Liverpool, set the tone for the game and was the best player on the park.

I agree. Thought he was the best player to come to the Lane for years.

To be fair though, their number 10 was quality and Sessegnon looked dangerous too.

Will obviously grab the plaudits and the headlines.

But Cairney was, by some margin, the most accomplished footballer on the park tonight.

UTB

I agree Cairney is very good player and played well last night, but he is 26 and close to, if not at his peak.

It's just frightening to think how good Sessegnon will be when he is 26!

I watched Ojo for England U20s in the summer in their successful World Cup campaign.

Thought then he was more than ready for Championship football...... yep.

He's probably the reason they were happy to sell Aluko.

He has great potential and should have played more games by now, like most youngsters at top clubs.

They have struggled because if you defend deep they don’t have a clue.
They try walking the balk into the net and can’t play through a packed defence, then teams counter them on the break.

Basically they’ve been found out and teams know how to play against them.
Last night our formation was Taylor made for them. We were pushing forward and leaving gaps in our defence for them to exploit. Also of course confidence plays a part.

Cairney and Woods the two best players we've come up against this season in my opinion. Would be madness to think we could sign either but they are both excellent players.

We really could sign Woods, Brentford think everyone has a price, and Jota went to Birmingham for 6mil who was by far their stand out attacking player.
Cairney - no chance.
