Well then maybe this one will finally start moving, interesting they said Bolton and Sheffield United target and not Millwall, surely if its between us and Bolton its a no brainer.

She should think on,down in Southend they would be lucky to afford a 2 up,2 down,here they will be able to afford one of those big houses on the left as you go up Whirlowdale Road

I doubt we'll get him for £300,000 but surely around £400,000 would get him and that would seem reasonable for a player who has won successive player of the season's for them. They might think he's worth more but he's in the last year and wants out as you say which never helps.

That article is terrible - they summarise the entire article in the 3 bullet points at the top. And literally could have written it using just the captions under the pictures.

Still - as we've been told time and time again. Once a player wants to leave it is literally impossible to keep them...

Hopefully this is being leaked in an effort to get sides to bid again.

They even got the Chairman's name wrong; it Ron, not Ryan Martin!
 
According to our local rag Ryan has now stated he wants to leave. I'm all for any player bettering themselves and Lenny has been a cracking player for us. If the blades or any other club put in a decent bid or at least one that represents lennys worth we will accept. If they don't then he would be asked to see out his contract.

I'd say 500k with a sell on is what our chairman will ask for.

Out of all of the clubs interested I hope you get him. Got a lot of time for the blades. A proper club with proper non fair weather fans.

Reight! Nathen Shrimperama. You're a good lad and we can all see that - but enough's enough now and it's about time you got yourself down t' Roots Hall and had a word in that Chairman's jug-like. Tell him, from me, to stop mucking about, and sell us that Lenny Ryan bloke this week! And no later! Tell him there's a bloody great long thread on the S24SU website that's been dragging on and on for weeks now and we're getting fed up of having to come on here every day, sometimes several times a day, to see if we've bought him yet. It's getting tedious in the extreme.

If you can fix it for us, there'll be a shandy in it for you next time you're in Sheffield.
