The success of this signing depends entirely on his current fitness & susceptibility to recurrence of injury.
I'm glad it's a loan.
But in terms of helping our promotion campaign , it's a risky signing to some extent.
We now have 3 central midfielders who need to show they are fully recovered from injury (Fleck/back , Berge/hamstring , Vieira/muscle ?).
The other one , Norwood , needs to show he can actually track back instead of pointing at his teammates.

Provided he can stay fit, I'm all for this signing. We desperately lacked legs in the middle of the park last season, an open door with Norwood badly exposed.
This lad looks like he'll give us some bite & some presence. A good age and comes with a fairly good reputation (hard pressed to find a Leeds fan that doesn't rate him / his potential).
