Not wishing to tempt fate, but are Rochdale the only league club who we have a 100% record against?
That's good, hope they stay in the league now! Amazed we have only played them twice in the league. Think we beat them 4-3 in the league and big Keith Walwyn played for them.No. Of the current league teams There's also York, who we have played twice.
We have been lucky against them a couple of times at the Lane. Last season they were the better side, Matt Done hit the woodwork for them.I can't see past a win today.
If not, then certainly a draw for me, or failing that a defeat.
Can't see any other outcome, but I'm just an optimist / pessimist
We won 5-2, I remember we were losing early on. I thought after that win we were certainties for promotion. What sticks we me is 4-0 away and a full stand having fun at a night game and what happened 3 days later.
Bleedin ell. How'd I get that so wrong? I have Doyles goal on my phone vids as well.We won 5-2, I remember we were losing early on. I thought after that win we were certainties for promotion.

The ultimate 'Can we play you every week ' team. I can't recall us ever losing to Northampton Town, I remember we beat them 7-3 at home and 2-1 on the day of the Hillsborough disaster. In the Cup we also have 100% records against Salisbury, Worcester City and Maidstone.Yep 3/10/81 - Hatton, Kenworthy (pen) and Trusson 2 for us. We won 4-0 in the return in Feb (Trusson, Edwards 2, Hatton). We also played them in the League Cup first round that season wnning 1-0 at the Lane (Kenworthy (pen)) and drawing 1-1 at theirs (Hatton).

Forget England winning the World Cup, 1966 will always be known to me now as the year we failed to beat Northampton Town! We,ve played Northampton 6 times in the league and won 5 and drawn 1
