Another below par performance today. I try and look for merit in all opinions, especially those that conflict with my own, but I do not see any evidence that suggests he's improving and will become a good player.
Nonsense

Disagree with that hes definatl’y improving he got a good few balls in the box yesterday loads of energy good tackler can’t expect a world beater at this stage of his development
Run around or Enda no thanks
I look forward to getting Enda back so he can do something utterly ridiculous like he did against Bournemouth.

Both their goals were wrong. The penalty was a free kick and the winner was offside.

But let’s not allow that to fully overshadow how ludicrous it was Enda sliding in like that when there was so much left to do.

He's a 22 year old Wales international player who's playing his first full season with us. When Stevens was 22, he played 2 games on loan at Notts county. In the championship is there a better LWB at his age who's a full international player, i think not. People also fail to mention he's played 90 mins constantly up and down the wing, not been subbed. he had a rest and came back for Swansea and played well. He needs a rest just at much as anyone else and didnt get one. The fans calling for stevens to come back need a reality check

I couldn’t really give a toss what Stevens was doing at 22. Bears no relevance. Neither does being an international for a Wales team that is full of average Championship footballers. Chris Gunter is the fucking record appearance holder.

Ofcourse it has relevance. You're wanting a player who has been utter garbage for us for about 2 years over someone who will be our future. Move on mate

your comparing Baldock to Norrington davies! Baldock was and still is a better player, even though hes past his best.

When does a player just back from an injury set the world on fire in there first game? I wouldn't be surprised if he's still carrying it.

For me, RND is just a carbon copy of Stevens, I don't see him offering anything different to him. In all honesty, when you look at how many appearances Baldock and Stevens have made, their goal / assist contributions are not high enough for the roles they have.

Bogle and Osborn are ahead of Baldock, RND and Stevens imo. Though I do prefer Osborn in a midfield role, his energy levels are better suited there.

Bogle in particular was showing far more quality on the right side up until his injury - and contributing a few goals. I'd like to see that from RND, but he's just not got that same speed and ability to beat people that Bogle has. That's not his fault, but RND just like Stevens, strikes me as a traditional full back more accustomed to playing in a back four.

I’m wanting a player who mastered the role and all the attacking qualities required to return over a player who has done anything but.

If Stevens comes back in and is dog shit then fair enough, we’ve got two dog shit LWB’s. I’ll reserve judgement on that based on the fact he was only poor in the horror show second PL season when the LCB spot resembled a game of musical chairs and Fleck’s brother Jimmy was deployed. And under Slav when nobody really knew what the tactics were.

Right now we play a system that resembles “Wilderball”. Stevens on form could be a superb addition to that in the final third.

RND 1 assist in 22
Stevens 3 assists in 15

I like RND to a point but he isn't going to provide much attacking output in the role he's being asked to fulfil. Just let him put early crosses in and leave the intricate passing and endless attempts to reach the byline for the right hand side where often end up with Baldock, Berge, Sharp and MGW all within 6 or 7 yards of each other.

As deeply thought out and constructed a response as I could've expected, you even managed to avoid being a potty mouth so one of your better posts.

Stock to the one word format - much improved.
Will do, you stick to watching games with your eyes shut

Why Osborne doesn't play in front of him is absolutely mind blowing to me. Has some baldock tendencies where he just always flies in and gives fouls away completely unnecessarily and in line with that always a risk to give away a penalty, as well as offering us nothing going forward.

Saw this.
More impressive if they weren't Wales team mates.
From my viewpoint his STRENGTH as a youth player was attacking.
Yes he was as hard as nails in the tackle but can tall fullbacks really cut the grade was my concern (Stuart Pearce vs the great Ashley Cole)
Full of energy, pace and strength and a lovely left foot.
Has he REALLY lost his skill or is it the pressure of playing in front of the same cretins
that called England centre half and ÂŁ75 million player lead boots?
Some morons with shit for brains will not just except our youth players as having quality
but laud their fellow shit for brains expensive players like McBurnie.
There's also the Wilder cretins who note he dismissed him - as he did with many of our youth players and would have left him out of contract despite starring with Luton last year.

Wilder gave him a four year deal less than six months before he left, and always talked him up in interviews.
Rhys might have the best defensive attributes of any wing back in the league. People wont appreciate what is under their nose.

So around the same time he was fucking everything up?
