This. From memory it was the next game after being 3-0 up and drawing 3-3 against Villa. And we had a few injuries. It was a real test. And Stearman won it for us.

and now he leaves Sheff United with his head held high.....very popular player at both clubs.

I’d say he’s average Championship standard ability wise....he didn’t play much for us last season but when he did play he always looked good.
However Stears biggest quality is his character....he’s a model pro, always works hard and he 100% supports the team no matter if he’s playing or not.
He’ll be a great addition to any dressing room, very experienced and will help create a positive vibe and be a role model to younger players.
