Interesting listening to FH last night. They’d said that sky sports reported Cleary put in a transfer request and later said that clubs were backing away from bidding as Barnsley wanted too much for him as he was tied into a long term contract.

Fair play to Barnsley but it’ll be interesting to see how he plays now that he didn’t manage to force a move

I can understand why Choudhury was brought in given the injury to Seriki though, we definitely needed another option at RB. Would have liked to think we could have signed a creative player too.

Why do we need 5 players that can play at RB? We've got Seriki, Doherty, Shackleton, Tanganga, Curtis, I bet you could get McCallum to fill in there like Osborn had to do for Hecky.

Just admit he's terrible at spending limited money. We've let our front 3 go and what little we've brought it have all been defensive playesr.

Yep once a players head is turned its very difficult. Ohares decision was easy, stay at a team that is getting torn apart and has the threat of a points deduction or go to one that is building for promotion, could make you famous all over North America on vastly higher wages with the potential to earn even more in the PL
