Time for a more forward thinking manager/management team, with more than one formation and system that’s been found out. Thanks for the memories, but the party is over.
Personally would like to see Thomas Frank at the lane building a team with youth, pace & skill.

I don't think we should sack him. I think we give him the start of the Championship next season - a fresh start, but from nearly step one again, almost like he's a new manager. He's spent a lot of his tokens this season with his awful recruitment and these insipid, Adkins like performances. It's been like eating gristle week in week out, and I think next season his security as manager reflects that. He's got something to prove next year. These endless, predictable losses... the manner in which it happens, so utterly devoid of any sense of urgency and seemingly picking his front two at complete random, means you have to question whether or not he's still got it.

I'll be honest, it's the first time tonight since his poor start in League 1 that I thought about whether he needs to go or not. I don't think so, he deserves the chance next year, but my concerns are:

Won't change the formation or style despite not having the players to play it through injury or it actually working for the last 30 games.
Won't sign players from foreign leagues (I don't believe Berge or the two loan signings his did his best never to play were his signings). I don't think he's going to change and that means we hit our ceiling last season.
Shocking tactics (regularly) and dreadful subs (regularly)

He's stubborn as a donkey which is not the attribute of a good manager.

Depending on how badly we do I can see him getting axed at the end of the season. Theres no point now bringing in a new manager to lose a decent amount of games and let the negativity and losing mentality continue to infect the club

As we're down either way, shouldn't we keep a manager who has got promoted multiple times? Thomas Frank's Brentford have lost 3 in a row btw.

I wander if these people calling for Wilders head were liverpool fans they'd been saying the same about klopp?

Suck it up and wait for next season ffs
I hope he stays, but, if he keeps going with the same shit, week in week out, he will get himself sacked. Playing the same donkeys, even donkeys that don't want fucking feeding by us after this season, he is putting players before the club. Shackles are not off Chris, they are still on tight judging by that shit tonight.

He needs to go now

we need to assess what we have and what we need

Chris isn’t that man I’m afraid

he has nothing to lose yet set up his team as though he has everything to lose and he has

Invested appallingly and has crumbled - as has his team
