Nearly as wrist slashingly desperate as the Brookes meltdown. Off to find it now....

The QPR result was vital, I maintain it was a six pointer, a hard fought scrappy win turned the start around.

The loan to buy of Norwood was also key, the midfield went overnight from looking like a hanging on assignment until Coutts got back, to focused and driven again.

The Midfield when this was posted was Fleck, Evans and Lundstrum.

Totally different scenario to Fleck, Duffy, Norwood, + Coutts.

I know what you mean. The tiny things can sometimes have an enormous consequence down the line as the impact snowballs.

For example, I look at Man City, the absolute shit hole stadium they had. Down in division 97 at one point and absolute garbage. Now look. Mental

Having read my post on this I am very disappointed in myself :(. Maybe it was the lager & cider that evening, the hot weather and the tenner I spent on iFollow to watch the game.

I have since switched to real ale and now feel so much calmer :)

We probably would have gone down if we'd persisted with Evans and Lundstram in midfield with Clarke upfront and Duffy and Sharp sat on the bench.

We didn't have Coutts or Norwood at the start of the season either.

The aggregate football knowledge of the knee jerks could be written on the back of a postage stamp with a crayon ;) :D
