Surprised at Cranie. He is much more than an adequate understudy.
His performances this season will have done him no harm though and he should get a good championship club easily enough.

I suppose on the plus side, if Wilder thinks he can get a better replacement then fair enough. In fact if I was Basham I'd be more concerned that we are looking at upgrading his position and having Bash perform the Cranie role.

Cranie is good enough to be first choice at a Championship side and would possibly only be third choice RCB if he stayed here.

Coutts is done at Top end Champ level let alone the Premier which is a shame but a fact.

Jake Wright is too old and Washington will be at League one / two level for the foreseeable.
