I’m sure we’ll change him.Bit too fit for us.

We can if we dont need him. He plays CDM and hes not replacing Jairo in the first 11. With the rumoured return of Phillips hed be third choice at that position. Central midfield is our strongest position with Jairo, Peck, Rothwell and Blaster as it is.We can't complain about fitness and then moan if we sign a player like Slater
Don't know fuck.all.about him just sick of the tedious bladey blade nonsenseNot quite sure whay your point is, do u think we should be signing him or not?
Why ?We can't complain about fitness and then moan if we sign a player like Slater
He's not strictly a DM, Peck will be going, Riedewald will probably miss 20 games, and we have no one else of his profile - someone robust who can run and do a bit of everythingWe can if we dont need him. Well hes scored 11 in 200 plus games for Hull so that's 2 a season so hes definitely not an attacking midfielder. Anyway he will probably be signed in the Banner with Wilder and Hoyland having a pint with his old man. He's not strictly a DM, Peck will be going, Riedewald will probably miss 20 games, and we have no one else of his profile - someone robust who can run and do a bit of everything
Let's see who wants to sign Brannigan thenWell hes scored 11 in 200 plus games for Hull so that's 2 a season so hes definitely not an attacking midfielder. Anyway he will probably be signed in the Banner with Wilder and Hoyland having a pint with his old man.
If we need a player of that ilk get Brannigan from Oxford who is a better player and scores goals
Bit too fit for us.

Slater has had one good season for Hull. Massive downgrade if that's the plan.Let's see who wants to sign Brannigan then
Wilder will want someone of a similar profile to Peck to plug that hole, regardless of how many other CMs we currently have. If we can get someone better then fine, but we could do much worse. As we did last summer
Absolutely zero chance he comes here now! Ditto McBurnie….. that result today probably shortened Wilder’s wish list!Slater has had one good season for Hull. Massive downgrade if that's the plan.
It's the reason I was delighted Dull won.Absolutely zero chance he comes here now! Ditto McBurnie….. that result today probably shortened Wilder’s wish list!
Personally I’d say there’s more chance. Middle of park will need a big upgrade for Dull if they want to compete.Absolutely zero chance he comes here now! Ditto McBurnie….. that result today probably shortened Wilder’s wish list!
Agree 100%. They’ll be releasing anyone they can and upgrading if they’ve got any intention of staying up. People in this thread are arguing about whether he’s good enough for us so there’s no chance he’s good enough for Prem.Personally I’d say there’s more chance. Middle of park will need a big upgrade for Dull if they want to compete.
Every position for them needs a big upgrade.Personally I’d say there’s more chance. Middle of park will need a big upgrade for Dull if they want to compete.

They’ve also got an ambitious owner and a very tactically astute manager with a strong infrastructure behind him. His in game management is top class, his players consistently refer to it. Plans A, B, C, D, E, F….For all the “Dull will do a “Derby”
They’ve played 3 finals at Wembley and won each one to nil.
We’ve done 10 play off campaigns and remain the most serial losers of the lot.
If that's the case regarding Wilders wish list, were fckd before next seasons even started then!Absolutely zero chance he comes here now! Ditto McBurnie….. that result today probably shortened Wilder’s wish list!
Would be surprised if Hull will "do a Sunderland or Leeds". They werent allowed to pay a transfer fee to sign a player for the 2025-26 season.Hard to say how Hull will go. After Wembley, we all thought Sunderland would "do a Derby." Look at them now.
Everyone's certain we'd have been awful, but who knows what conversations were being had with investors.
They've won a League Cup and played in a European final since 2000. We've not played in a League Cup final (ever!) and never played in Europe, so they definitely aren't as bad or worse than us.Hull had perfect opponents to be fair
Boro are serial bottlers. They're nearly as bad as we are, and overall probably worse - at least we've got automatic promotion twice recently
Slater will stay at Hull now and play a few games in the PL, as he should
They aren't half going to need a total squad transformation though!
