From the BBC website:Is ours a record unbeaten away streak for newly promoted PL streak?
It’s now the joint best ever in the top flight (for a newly-promoted team), I think.
Edit: The post above suggests otherwise, so I’m probably wrong.
But since footy only started in1992 that’s ok!We currently hold the PL record but we are 1 match away from equalling Burnleys all time top flight record.
But football wasn’t invented until the PL surely??We currently hold the PL record but we are 1 match away from equalling Burnleys all time top flight record.
Yeah, but back then we had a dinosaur for a manager, and played shite but effective football. How much better is it to be doing it in such style? The last time we won 3 in a row in the Premier League. The win at Everton secured our place in the division. Only time we did it that season as well.

You mean playing basic football?Yeah, but back then we had a dinosaur for a manager, and played shite but effective football. How much better is it to be doing it in such style?
THB I watched city today they were awesome , were good but were not that good ( go on prove me wrong ! )Man City, Liverpool who are they ? No match for the brilliant blades
Yeah OK. We played the sort of football then that everyone expects us to play now. I suppose in a way we should be grateful...if we hadn't been so 1 dimensional then, then teams might expect more from us nowYou mean playing basic football?
