I got the email confirmation about 15 minutes after I bought them. Got that through at 1:40pm, no tickets yet though, I'm sure they'll come through in time, no reason to panic.

Apparently, tickets will be dispatched "via Email once the kick off time is confirmed"

Got my confirmation email straight away, the tickets will be emailed out the start of next week

It’s an email from the ticket office called with the subject “Wembley Confirmation Email” detailed by the seats purchased. If you haven’t had it yet then maybe check your spam folder. If not there then login to your account and check your loyalty points have been added.

They know the kick-off time now should get it soon.

On my account…the Wembley points transactions are showing….there’s a tick box and and small picture of a printer.
So maybe you can print off the tickets from inside your account.

That's just a receipt, unfortunately.

I have not received my match ticket email yet. Look at your bank account on your iPhone/iPad, whatever.
For example, Sheffield United football £20.50 ticket price, then it says pending.
So when that is cleared, they will email you the ticket so you can print it out.
You use that at the Wembley turnstile to enter the stadium.

Forgot to mention, you should have the confirmation email.
On that, it says your match ticket will be sent in due course.

When it arrives you should also receive a voucher for a complimentary glass of southern shandy and some jellied eels too.
