Name 2 realistic suggestions for signings for next season, we all have in idea of who may be moving on as part of the rebuild. Who would you like to see coming in?

I’ll start with Amario Cozier-Duberry a winger with previously links to us. On loan at Bolton from Brighton, 8 goals and 10 assists in the league. Would likely be a season long loan.

Harry Souttar, l was firmly in the don’t touch him with a barge pole camp until watching him vs Millwall. Sounds like he was rock solid again yesterday helping Leicester to a rare clean sheet. A risk worth taking for someone we know is exactly the type of player we are desperate for? Would hopefully bring Tanganga up a notch or two being alongside him.

We all keep saying, 2 wingers, but who?
I liked the look of Jaydon Banel yesterday. He was an absolute nightmare until he went off.
Burnley obviously dont fancy him and he's only young.

One thing glaringly obvious this season has been the lack of leadership on the pitch. This has been especially evident where circumstances demanded some players needed to give more effort and up their game against the better teams we were up against.
A mixture of Chris Morgan and Billy Sharp would be a perfect example of someone we need in the team. Both, of course, former captains who led their respective squads to promotion success.
Sadly, since Billy left the club, no one has taken over this responsibility.

One that would be good is Reyes Cleary at Barnsley. Left winger primarily, but can play on the right as well. 7 goals and 13 assists in 42 league games; a very good return in a side that finished 15th in the table.

Unlikely to cost the earth as Barnsley are run on a very tight budget these days (as in, "wait to pay that bill a couple of days as we're getting money in then" tight), so might be able to get a deal done for a smaller 6-figure fee.

Mikey Johnston, Tolaj, Gelhardt and maybe Will Lankshear on loan

Souttar is increasingly tempting as well

I'd also try and get Dunne if he's the right price

Other CBs to consider are Woolfenden, Wilmot and Vestergaard

Dan Neil is an obvious one for CM. Smallbone might be worth exploring

Kesler-Hayden if Seriki goes, Byram if he doesn't

No to Souttar, Duune, Smallbone and Byram. Would be happy with all of the others.

Zatterstrom and Ben Mee to stay
much needed left footers at CB AND A DESIRE TO PASS FORWARD (hence their exclusions by the imbecile)
- with Bindon back to play right centre back with his long range passing ability
(MAKE THE BALL DO THE WORK)
Sooty has had such a bad injury he may never recover.
So Bindon is the better choice but WILL NOT be back under the imbecile Wilder.
He will not come knowing Wilder, and should NOT be allowed to come to play in this insane way.

But as the first reply said
WE NEED A NEW COMPETENT MANAGER.

See Chong got good marks yesterday.
The bloke competing with Giddens to be no 1 Gormless Gobshite of Radio Sheffield said one or two nights ago
from a list, that CHONG was the only one definitely needing to go.
Well yesterday the last minutes showed clearly to all but the blind and imbecilic
what the sensible ones of us knew long ago.
THE PROBLEM IS THE MANAGER and overall INSANE ANTI-football tactics
(Copied from Pepshit Cocioa the Clown at Man City
Thereby legitimate somehow in this insane world far worse than even Orwell imagined)
On the right totally out of position where he has struggled in ALL but his first game H v Norwich
and another game were I think he came on as sub and did OK
He went from a fit slimmer Boris Johnson (Shite)
To in HIS CORRECT POSITION, the younger half brother of John Barnes.

OK they were poor defensively
BUT AT HALF TIME THEY WERE IN THE PLAYOFFS!
Where any sensible person knows we would have been weeks ago with a half competent manager

Another significant change was on the opposite side
were in his last game probably Hoever totally ignored Wilders Chuckle brother tactics
AND PASSED THE BALL FORWARD
You know - AS YOU SHOULD TRY to do
AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE

We could have scored five easily in our short lived good spell going forward
largely on those two simple changes to revert to FOOTBALL FUNDAMENTALS

Make Tanganga, Mcguinnes and Chong part of any deal we make - them plus money to bring in three top replacements. Best of both worlds, get them off the books, smaller outlay on transfer fee and get better players in.

We need two quality, permanent center backs that will be with us for the next 2-3 years minimum.

Need pace in wide spaces, and a powerful number 9.

And then add in the leadership.

20 million wired into the bank and Sydney Sweeney sat on my boat race. Back to United, I'd love for Wilder to get a team together like he did with Coutts, Duffy, Basham , Sharp, Egan, and the rest of them that give a shit about the shirt.

Keeping Brooks and Peck would be excellent.

It is amazing that just because we always sell the crown jewels for pennies that people think other clubs will do the same. If I'm actually on a tight budget then the LAST thing I am doing is just getting rid of anything less than what it is worth just to get money through the door

Walker and Souttar.

That should be a start in giving us a physical presence in defense and a leader who has played at the highest level.

Followed by Dael Fry, Matt Targett, plus either Joel Piroe on loan or Simms permanent.

Dan Neill would also be a good shout and could be available now that Ipswich have been promoted, they might want players better than him.

If Targett and Cirkin are out of contract it would make sense to sign one of them and sell Burrows now

He'll be entering the last year of his contract if he doesn't leave in this window and is still here next summer, and will be falling under peak value, at a time we have to try harder to maximise every asset we have
