After a shaky first half including their disallowed "goal" I was pleased to see him come out second half and claim some crosses 10 yards from goal (never mind in his own 6 yard box) with a bit of assurance and eyes for the ball only. I've been very vocal about dropping him but he showed a bit of confidence second half which was good to see hopefully he kicks on from here...He was great, especially 2nd half
Not called him Wilders pet rabbit since that?He has got a very long tongue.
Maguire didn't head the ball though did he?Fantastic performance second half. But too easy for Maguire to beat him for their disallowed goal. Has to be stronger there. I don’t think it was a foul.
You may be right but I think some better defending on Maguire in the first place would have helped. Did Jags trip up?Fantastic performance second half. But too easy for Maguire to beat him for their disallowed goal. Has to be stronger there. I don’t think it was a foul.
"too easy to beat him for their disallowed goal" ?I was talking about the Maguire goal not the "foul".
He was all we the place again, flapping, out of position, jumping after the. All had hit the back of the net....the win cannot disguise his flaws I’m afraid.
Just one night of praise wouldn’t hurt , we have just won at Old Trafford. He was all we the place again, flapping, out of position, jumping after the. All had hit the back of the net....the win cannot disguise his flaws I’m afraid.
‘I don’t believe it’ The ref actually disallowed a Man Ure goal. What are things coming toI was talking about the Maguire goal not the "foul".
got to agree! We'll see Saturday! He was all we the place again, flapping, out of position, jumping after the. All had hit the back of the net....the win cannot disguise his flaws I’m afraid.
