I had a Wednesday mate of mine three weeks ago saying "look we're only five points off the play offs, why not"?

Because there's at least 8 teams or more who are better that's why! Wednesday without Bannan are fighting relegation in my view. He's the only player in their team who would be near our team, especially with midfield injuries. Other than that, there's not one player who would add to our squad.

They spunked all their money on Ugbo who has done a "Phil Starbuck" - looked amazing on loan but then distinctively average after signing permanently! Think Ugbo cost them £4.5m?! Ouch!

I wonder if any of them realise that if Rohl left for a better job (probably Southampton when they inevitably sack Russell Martin), they are going to fall off a cliff into the relegation zone.

Their squad is poor and there are better squads in some of those relegation teams (QPR, Luton, Oxford) than the pigs, without Rohl they would have been in league 1 this season.
