QPR pubs

King Street in Hammersmith has a few cracking pubs on it. A large on on the corner right outside both the central line and the Hammersmith and city line stations plus several more decent real ale pubs a short walk from there.
There are a couple of really nice pubs right by the river at the end of Hammersmith Bridge as well..
Much easier access from The M4 and only 2 stops from White City \ Wood Lane.
A much better bet than trying to get into a pub in Shepards bush in my opinion.

Just spoke to Kaz - he said the problems when we played QPR in the cup was due to Man City "kicking-off" a few weeks before. He said other than the couple of pubs at the top of Wood Lane (not sure what they're called), there should be no problem with pubs, although wearing colours may complicate matters......

That's good to know. Last time I waved my Oyster card in the doorman's face and said But I live in London but he still wasn't having it. Never heard of much trouble around QPR so it seemed a bit extreme.

Ah righto! Think last time i went was when Blackwell had just took over the reigns from Robson and we drew 1-1.. must have been 10 year ago!

Need to pull my finger out and re-visit it with my lad as hes never been!

That the one where he brought Cotterill off the bench? The season after was poor, they were crying out to be beaten but his unadventurous tactics and substitutions led to another draw. Cant remember exactly but it was the one where morgan trickled one over line and 'legsofwood' was playing for them!

Ended up with a slight hope of playoffs after a decent run but we never made it

I've not seen us win, live, since away at Leeds on October 31st 2017
Been to about 12-15 games since and only seen a few draws and defeats.
I'm beginning to think it's me

Ditto. Did about 8 or 9 away last year. Barely saw us get a result saw 6 defeats and a few draws I think (all the London games saw no wins out of 4 I think and just one point at Brentford). Actually did see one win. Burton. Coutts leg break. Yes it's definitely me.

Not there tonight but at QPR on Saturday! Sorry folks...surely we will win one in London this year. Our record as stated above has been dreadful in the smoke the last few years...can only recall a win at Wimbledon in last 3 or 4 years.
