There seems to be more people that want the league to start and complete than not. However for some strange reason, the negative stories (aguero, Brady and this Brighton fool) seem to get the most airtime.
Well Brady is, as usual, I don't know how much else of WH are.Zero. Its not their fault Brighton and West Ham are being arses about it.
Wrong. Would be a definite benefit for usNeutral venues are the same for everyone.

Fwiw, I want the season completed properly. If that happens but there's no relegation, what's the fucking point? If there's no relegation or promotion, there's absolutely no point even playing the remaining games, imo.
As others say, even if all the games are now played, it's not going to be the season that it was. This virus has well & truly, fucked so many things up.
Bruce Wayne (Batman) and Deadbat seem to be the 2 people most vocal about this virus.
Wasn’t it a dead bat that caused all of this?
A season without fans is no season at all, people saying it’s better than nothing? well wait until you see more than a couple of games behind closed doors on TV.
You will find once the novelty wears off people will only tune in when their side is being broadcast and TV ratings and subscriptions will fall off a cliff.

I wish I was joking...
Matches hosted somewhere where fans cannot see the pitch.
Nothing changes for West Ham.![]()
If this had been in your initial post then I probably wouldn’t have commented. There was no comment on your original post about protecting any vulnerable population, so when you said “So you just have to let it loose and wipe out those it is going to wipe out in as controlled a way as possible” you can perhaps see how can be misconstrued, particularly as “those it is going to wipe out” is going to for the most part be the very vulnerable populations we’re talking about. I’m relieved to hear that isn’t what you meant.

If the season had gone to PPG last season at the same number of games, Leeds would have been promoted in second place. Villa, in 8th, wouldn't have been able to claim a playoff place.
Had the season been frozen at this stage in 2012, we’d have gone up in 2nd from League 1. In 2007, we’d have been safe from relegation from the Premier League at the current stage too.
There is nothing particularly fair about ending the season and awarding various division-changing decisions when a lot can change. Yes obviously the likes of Liverpool have as good as won the title, but for the rest of the league you’re basically discarding the possibility of form changing and situations becoming quite different, when we know from our own experience that a lot can change in that final quarter of the season.
The teams clamouring for relegation not to happen on the basis that a quarter of the games are still to play are of course influenced by self-interest, but that doesn’t mean that what they’re arguing is wrong either.
At some point we have to try and get back to normal in some way, shape or form.
What are we going to do, sit around doing nothing for years until there’s a vaccine available for an infection with a mortality rate of 1%?
According to The Mail, looks like the bottom 6 PL clubs are trying to sabotage the restart
The PL need 14 votes to push through a majority
The top clubs are saying that whatever happens 3 clubs must be relegated, thus trying to force the bottom 6 to play out the season and hopefully avoid relegation
No vote taken place as yet, but apparently 13 in favour of a restart, 6 against and 1 undecided

EPL plea for unity amid claims strugglers are trying to block plan
EXCLUSIVE BY MATT HUGHES: The Premier League will make a desperate plea for unity this week amid claims that the bottom six clubs are sabotaging plans to resume the season.www.dailymail.co.uk
I'll take a hollow European qualification right this secondDoes this season have any integrity?
For example, the players no longer match fit, games behind closed doors? This season, if it continues, will be decided by a glorified friendly tournament.
Any success will be hollow.
I don't think so, it's a cycle that makes the government millions and millions through tax which they need more than ever now.For spectator sport the answer to that is yes. It’s a very low prior for The Government and football is a very easy to target to bash for them When they need a distraction from their own shortcoming, see Hancock’s attack on footballers when this started. It needs someone to stand up and fight footballs corner but no one wants to stick their head above that trench because the papers and morale majority will hit them with the key workers and carers bombs.
If all goes very well with vaccine research fans may get back in grounds sometime during the 2021 / 22 season, what sort of football landscape there will be by then is anyone’s guess
