We would get all those seats back in the picture if we did the South stand expansion because that new stand would provide 450 media/ press seats.

Just seen a full stand of rail seats being installed at Molineux on Sky. Looks really good.
Be great if we could get something like this on the kop.

Safe standing?

No it’s rail seats, similar but slightly different to safe standing.

Safe standing is where the seats are in a locked position so you have no choice but to stand because the seat has gone/ locked away.
Where as rail seating are the seats we have now that are usable but just has a bar/ rail in front.
So spectators have the choice to sit and stand when they want during a match,

It’s kind of a halfway house between standing and sitting. Similiar to what we have now but safer for those who stand.

The government won’t allow safe standing because it’s against the law
But “rail seating” seems to have found a loop hole in the law. The government have softened their stance and are allowing it.

It’s also much cheaper to install than safe standing, however the ratio can only ever be 1 to 1, so won’t increase capacity.
Where as in Germany they have a 1 to 1.8 ratio regards safe standing which does increases stadium capacity.

I thought we had to install a large screen at the Kop end in the Prem, so that everyone in the ground can see VAR replays?

However, it is not inconceivable that I may have dreamt that?

Anyone know for sure?

I would like to see a scoreboard with a countdown clock at the Kop end. When we’re hanging on at the end of the game. I want to see the time left.....Not an advert for Maggie fucking Mays etc etc

though it's not really related to the thread or anything really, I noticed the word 'HUB' has become popular and annoying.

It's the first thing I noticed watching the film. (and I think the only thing I noticed ) I lost my train of thought at this moment.

The family area (not hub for TaxiBlade's benefit) was there already, just not as nice last season. It was tarted up with the Arty Bianco mural at some point last season but it was a bit "local youth club" and now it's all posh and Premier League.

When I drove past last week there was an enormous pile of rockwool next to the new TV studio. Presumably graded to filter out ten thousand people yelling “jug eared twat!” simultaneously.
