Firstly, I thought that the story was common knowledge. I'm sure Alan Biggs mentioned it on his youtube show. As I said, I could be mistaken and other more knowledgeable posters may be able to confirm/deny.

Secondly, if anyone has followed United home & away since the 80's, played sunday league football in the area, followed local semi pro football, knocked about with blades from the south side of the city and bought/sold property or needed a mortgage you'll know of Wit. If not you'll certainly know his face.
