I'm sure you'll be able to pay on the day. You usually can if it's not sold out. So why does this nonsense always appear, regardless...

"This game remains all ticket for blades fans, fans are strongly advised not to travel without a valid match tickets."

Remind me again how many we took for the play off semi there, when a few tickets remained unsold?

4k is a good following at this time of year, and with our team on a bad run of results. Only clubs that would have probably sold out would be Leeds, Villa, and possibly pigs and mackems

Pay on the day according to PNE.

"Away end tickets will be available on the afternoon, with no increases for matchday purchases. Visiting Blades supporters can buy from the away ticket office next to the Bill Shankly Kop on Lowthorpe Road, with cash and card payments accepted."

Might be useful if SUFC put this on their official site too. You know, so Blades see it. Just a suggestion!

I’ve complained about the loyalty points system before regarding my lad but me and him are both going so you can all fuck off. :)

Maybe all those who moan about the loyalty points are going and those that have loads of points through buying tickets and passing them on, therefore abusing the system aren’t going? ;)

From where I’m sitting the ones who are moaning are the ones who like to moan about people moaning as per usual. :)

Those 100 loyalty points will send my lad right up the pecking order
Very good of some of the elite to give this one a miss and let us part timers have a chance

No chance of getting a ticket for this one, just like Villa, we need a fairer system so us part-timers can get a ticket

The horses are high in this thread.

Approximately 3,700 have been sold out of our allocation of 5,773 I doubt we'll sell out now but that's a great effort so close to Xmas

Exactly.

And I can say, without fear of contradiction, that United's following at Preston on Saturday will be the largest away following at any match, across all of the divisions, this weekend.

Not as many as Leeds had at Hillsborough.

Plenty of space to put my feet up at Deepdale at least. Embarrassing to be honest. This fixture would already have been sold out this time last year.

I'm sure the loyalty points twats will suddenly have a window in their schedule when a glamour tie comes up.
3700 and rising at Preston just before Xmas is far from embarrassing. It’s fkin awesome tbh. Our support is top drawer.

Well, I was there. It was Monty’s great game. Unforgettable.

Credit due for you acknowledging this for once.

Good as he was in the first leg at Deepdale, he was awesome in the return at the Lane. Probably the best game I ever saw him play.

That was one of our most pathetic followings ever.

8,000 Blades had travelled to Palace shortly before this game though.

This coupled with the fact we just missed out on automatic promotion.

The home game was very disappointing though, sure there was only about 24,000 there.
