We play as a team, win as a team, and lose as a team. But with all that being said, I am going to single a few people out, which is something I don't like to do usually. CCV, Carruthers, had very poor games. Sharp, Stearman, Baldock and Stevens, poor game. Moore, nothing much he could from a close range effort like that, gets let off with an average to decent performance. JOC, Basham, passable. Lundstram and Clarke both put effort in.
Lundstram - not sure why so many people slag the lad off, he played some good balls yesterday and was always available. Clarke - all out effort, as we have come to expect, but relentless hoofing it to him became pointless.
Lafferty, Donaldson and Slater (subs), all made some impact, and things livened up with these lads on the pitch.
We really, really missed Duffy and Fleck. Brooks as well to an extent.
Not sure why Jake Wright not getting a look in, but would have him over Stearman if I had to choose.
Nathan Thomas warmed up before the game and was on the pitch at half time with the team, with his pace, he would have been a good shout to bring on mix things up, but wasn't even on the bench.
