I’ll go with:

Carl Rushworth
Joe Worrall
Marc Leonard
Liam Delap

At least three or possibly all four will be loans. I also think we’ll sign at least another 4 on top. Will need the numbers.

i think kiefer moore is very underated on this forum especially at championship level and would have him instead of mcburnie every day of the week of the others suggested on the stream think worrall is almost certain to join us mcnair a definete possibility as is lewis obrien
If we got all 4 of them and keep Hamer and Arblaster we have the makings of a very good championship team...and fix our weak as shit spine

Moore very much would be a bringing in players for the sake of bringing in players signing. Completely doesn't fit with any sort of coherent strategy, except in the exact situation where you get him to sign a one year deal (unlikely) and his output is that much better than what we already have (or could alternatively bring in) that it wins us promotion (even more unlikely).

kiefer moore is a top class target man at championship level and will score goals at this level just need another goalscorer alongside him like say jay stansfield or dare i say it rian brewster 🤔
Brewster of 18/19? No doubt Brewster will turn into a world beater in the last year of his contract. Its the Sheffield United Way

If McBurnie leaves, and I wouldn't be in a rush to give another injury prone player a new contract, he's a decent short term replacement.

With the departures we are lacking experience, our spine is already weak as shit and he just got promotion with Ipswich. He would also sort out some of our set piece problems. Given we can't afford a young proven striker he's probably as good as it gets

He may well be. That does not mean we should sign him just because. It needs to make sense within the context of goals for the club. If the aim is to get immediately promoted and he would be substantially better than what we have (I have serious doubts about the latter, but my opinion on Moore is pretty low), then fine, if he will take a one year deal (nothing more for extremely obvious reasons), then give him one. Otherwise all you are doing is handing out (likely decent) wages to someone who will do nothing other than block the development of younger players with a potential higher ceiling.

Wilder wouldn't play those younger players with 'a higher ceiling' despite us being down weeks ago. There's no way Jebbo and Osula will be first choice at the start of next season. We will need an experienced front man and if that's not McBurnie then who? I get that you don't rate him but we aren't spending a fortune on a mid 20s established forward so it's going to have to be someone with Moore' kind of profile. I'm not particularly enamoured by him but thats the kind of pond we are fishing in under current ownership.

Hopefully McBurnie stays and plays 30 plus games and the 'Moore type' player is back up

Then it's very simple - Wilder needs to be told to shut the fuck up and use the resources he's been given, rather than throwing good money after bad.

Maybe Ross Stewart could be available when saints go up

kiefer moore has done well at ipswich and at championship level with other clubs hes similar to adam armstrong just not good enough for the premier league now those 2 would be a good pairing

Let me get this straight, if McBurnie leaves or is injured u r happy to go with Jebbo and Osula up front?

Yes. I do not see us being in a position where we are pushing for immediate promotion, or at least I am happy to work on a longer timescale than one season to get there, so let's see what they can actually do when given a consistent run with a decent supply of chances.

Not a bad approach, at some point we have to find out what Osula and Jebbo are capable of. Not sure how patient our support base will be though. Or for that matter the likes of Arblaster and Hamer if they feel we aren't committing resources to promotion.

So what about:
Whoever we sign in net
Bogle Worrall Cooper left back loan
Brooks Hamer Arblaster midfield loan
Osula Jebbo (McBurnie if he stays)

Not forgetting Brewster of course....which I did !

Your bang reight Frieth,OSULA can't finish and his level is leauges 1 or 2 Joe Ironside was twice as good and we let him go and Jebberson is not committed to the blades, thinks better than us

Fanbase will be patient if they see we have a coherent strategy. The midfield/attack you list would be part of what I would like to see, the defence not so much

It's a shame we have nobody internal coming through at centre half. We had no leaders this season and with a young team we need the likes of Worrall and Cooper to give the side some backbone. Not necessarily them but we can't be bullied in the championship so we need some new faces whi can actually defend and head a ball at set pieces

Agree with what you say in that we have nobody coming through (at least that appears close in the next 12 months or so). But what makes you think that, working on the assumption that contracts are extended where applicable, a centre back pairing coming from Robinson, Egan, Trusty, then say one loan for experience and one much younger player on the rise brought in externally would not give us sufficient quality?

If we started match 1 with Jebbo and Osula up front, I’d literally rock myself to sleep crying in the corner.

That would be putting too much on young shoulders I feel.

It would be great if they did step forward but at best it would be one or the other I think.

Sorry Hal, I posted about Dembele the other day and didn't realise that you'd already done a video on him.
