Amazed that such a little club with little history and a poor fanbase are so arrogant.

Some of our player’s have already admitted that Watford away was our worse performance of the season....and we owe them one.
Think it threw us......that Watford sat back at Vicarage Road and took on the role of the away team..defending deep and hitting us on the break.
Although we dominated that Watford game we create little and although Watford rarely attacked they had 2 great chances...so should have won.

We’re a totally different proposition these days consistently outplaying the opposition.
We recently outplayed a poor Spurs and a poor Wolves......as usual their fans said it was their worse performance of the season.
I’m predicting Watford will also have their worse performance of the season and no doubt we’ll want it more and work harder ha ha.

Deeney back, big boost for them.

Work with a Watford fan and he was saying Deeney hasn’t scored in open play for about 3 years (slight exaggeration). Think we know what’s going to happen tomorrow then...

I’ve just looked at their recent results and they’ve had a remarkably easy December – Wolves, Newcastle, Norwich, Villa, Brighton and now us. Could they have been sweetly lulled into a false sense of security by this feast of mediocrity

i know its been favourable run but that guy is reaching alot. hes forgotten about us how we should have taken 10pts not 4 from liverpool arsenal man utd & spurs

They've gotten a bit more talkative in the run up to today

We won the first four games of last season, the fifth was winnable and would’ve cemented us joint top. for a team like us to win five on the bounce though is extremely unlikely, and even though it was a winnable game, predictably we lost it.

The point I’m trying to make is that Sheffield utd so far this season have done amazingly well, they are super organised and are playing without fear... but it won’t last, like us over a much shorter period last season, it never will.

Despite our league position, man for man we are better than them wether they like it or not. All Pearson has to do is make each player realise that and make sure we match them for work rate and there is no reason we shouldn’t win.

The only thing we will struggle to match them on is confidence, but hopefully the Man Utd match has got us bit closer on that front.

=========

They finished behind Norwich last season, they haven’t added much in the way of significant quality over them, but are riding much higher in the table. In the end quality tells, teams won’t take them for granted and will do a bit more homework, and as soon as the work rate drops a few percent it will all unravel.

This may well not happen as soon as tomorrow, but as we know all too well it will happen at some stage.

=========

You have to cut them some slack. They're innocent. First season. Doing well in a series of fairly undemanding fixtures. They're bound to be filled with pish and wind. And Yorkies are excitable in the first place. It's perfectly reasonable for them to live in a little utopian dream world where the likes of clod-hopping Oily McBurnside and George Baldcock are previously undiscovered top-notch premier League players.

Let them enjoy their 5 mins in the sun and I for one, hope that the incoming boxing day whupping and next year's inevitable relegation doesn't put too much of a dampener on their Xmas celebrations.

==========

I've no reason to dislike Sheff Utd at all. They've been a great addition to the Premier League and play good football. I don't think they'll keep up the present form, but will likely finish mid-table 'ish. Good for them, they deserve loads of credit and I wish we had had a coach like Wilder from the start of our season.

I think they are not a top six side, and we are not a bottom six side. This game can go either way, but in my usual glass half full mode, we'll scrape a win.

Fine margins.

==========

Routine win now we've found our form. Already looking forward to Villa - proper team with proper PL pedigree.

I tried to sign up to their forum before the last game to go on there and put our side of things across.

Never got approved, I assume because of my Watford username chosen.

They clearly dislike any real debate and are happy sitting in their own little echo chamber massaging each others egos than actually intelligently discussing with opposing fans.

=========

Sheffield Utd are way better than Manchester Utd. If we couldn't beat Manchester Utd at home we don't deserve to be in the EPL. This game will be a much sterner test. It's against a team going for European qualification, as opposed to a bunch of overpaid, disinterested deadbeats.

==========

After we smash these championship no hopers 3-0 we'll be well on our way to survival.

Hopefully their fans enjoy their big day out watching the likes of Delefou and Doucoure. Nice Christmas treat for the
gravy boys.

So weird how we were expecting the fans of big clubs to be wankers but it's the smallest ones that have huge chips on their shoulders.

Love the guy who thinks he can't sign up here. It's Christmas , I imagine Foxy and Linz have better things to do than verifying registrations for the forum.

Ghastly set of suburban peasants, No one cares whether they exist or not. Only have a nasty petty rivalry with fucking Luton. The proper London teams dismiss them as an irrelevance. Somehow seem to enjoy being submissive bitches to a bunch of Italians. Growing up there and becoming a fully fledged bellend is kind of inevitable. In a way you should feel sorry for them but fuck em.

The new masterplan is to sign up using blades in his username and then let us have it "like a fox in the hen run". To give them credit, they are now taking the piss out of wednesday for paying abdi 30k a week for 3 years.

They aren’t London but want so desperately to be that they turn the Danny Dyer omerter up to 11 when the have come up to M1.

Jesus Christ, who the fuck do they think they are ? I really hope we ram their misplaced logic right up their arseholes
