Nice to see them staying humble and wanting the man who took them to the top flight against all the odds stay in charge despite a difficult spell.

It's worth noting that in the shadow of our implosion last season Luton were statistically one of the worst teams to ever play in the top flight, particularly defensively. They got the plaudits for playing without fear for the first half of the season but they ran out of momentum, then out of ideas and finally out of hope. 7 points from their final 18 games (1 win) and it's carried over into this season.

Luton supporters are experiencing the inevitable fall from the promised land, into Championship mediocrity that so many other teams have, us included.

I still expect them to get much better, and for this to be a really tough match. They have had our number at the Lane over the last couple of seasons.

Also didn’t understand it. I can only assume they don’t like Wilder for some reason

Some seem to think they added something special to The Premier League last season . They won 8 games and went down comfortably despite points deductions for other clubs.

Meanwhile, United, Burnley and Leeds have all finished in the top 10 of The Premier League in the last 5 seasons and actually competed.

I'm surprised at Luton struggling currently, but then again I'm not sure I've seen them play since they beat us.

We'd still love to have their strikers.

Although we did do that in 1994 and 2007, the last 2 relegations from the Prem (unless this season starts going dramatically tits up, which it still may do) we haven't slid into Champ mediocrity, instead we seem to have slid into the Yo-yo Club.

Cheers roy, but whats a matter, have you stopped looking for the pigs or arnt they just posting as man city fans anymore. Apart from that it appears edwards isnt the messiah hes just a naughty boy
