I think it is a reference to us not being an exciting addition to the PL. Too much listening to PL pundits who think we don’t belong there when Leeds, Birmingham and Sunderland aren’t there ?

Thing is there's no exciting edition to the Premier league because the Premier league isnt exciting, its a load of old bollocks. A hyped up borefest, tailored for the likes of us and Luton to have a good plucky underdog story for a while, patronised by nob head pundits, who talk utter shite, and belittled by the plastic worldwide football audience. Luton had the added bonus last season of the whole of football talking about their shitty away end and how you walk through someone's back garden to get in it. An away end that has been present for decades and was even there the last time they were in the top flight but nobody seemed to realise. (Yes I'm still recovering from last season!)

Think luton fans are acting a bit above there station, yes they've done well to go through the leagues, and got a bit giddy last season. You could say who the fuck are luton oh and by the way it's a shit hole!!

Some seem to think they added something special to The Premier League last season . They won 8 games and went down comfortably despite points deductions for other clubs.

Meanwhile, United, Burnley and Leeds have all finished in the top 10 of The Premier League in the last 5 seasons and actually competed.

I agree with them tbh.

Watching a team go up for the first time in ages, with fans excited for what's to come and right behind the team all season is better for the PL than us or Norwich going up, cynical and waiting to go down after the first defeat.
