Its funny old game
I have just watched Luton score twice against Cheski and earlier watched Swansea dominate WBA and yet both teams against us looked absolutely toothless

I don’t think we are a great team and form can be such a fickle thing and so I have no idea what we are going to do in our games v Forrest and Boro but UTB

Steve Cooper that stomach churningly 🤮 good looking manager of theirs eh .................... makes that other management export from Nottingham Jimmy Sirrel look fucking handsome. Imagine being a woman and letting that ugly fucker ride you 🤮 the only thing missing is a number eleven on his top lip.

Ohhhh booo hooo...poor little self entitled men in green tights, don't like playing against strong teams that tackle and make challenges and hope they get a strong ref.
Get over it you ferking dickwads, it's called football not chuffing barsteward tiddley winks.

Cheers Roy

Now that is a first!

Lost at Anfield the week before, game 16, then beat Forest at the Lane the Saturday before Christmas.

I think we lost 2-1 at Villa two or three weeks before, I think the hod-carrier had given us a 1-0 lead but we still lost
Old age playing tricks. I thoght I’d gone way to Villa and seen them win their 1st match of the season approaching Christmas time causing wild celebrations amongst Blades fans.

I’m sure I went to Villa, the rest is a mystery 😂😂😂

I live in Nottingham… i play 7 a side with a group of around 20 blokes all born and bred here…

guess how many are Forest fans?
2…

2 out of 20, the rest support PL teams, in pretty much a 1 team city.. says it all

I never class Nottingham as a proper football city, it's known as the lace city and has a goose fair, doesn't strike me as a football place. A bit like Norwich.

Proper football cities I'd say are Sheffield, Manchester, Liverpool, Newcastle and Sunderland, real hot beds of the sport. I wouldn't class the M62 Yorkshire corridor cities (Leeds, Bradford, Hull) as football spots either, to me rugby towns. Leicester and Bristol the same

After Stainrod had a goal disallowed ………by Kevin McNally 😡
I wasnt at the match as I was in my 4th year at boarding school. What was the score when Stainrod's goal was disallowed. Was it just before the photo was taken and is that why Woody was protesting?

Yes that’s why Woody was protesting! If I remember we were leading with an Edwards goal, then Edwards passed to Stainrod when he could have scored himself. Edwards then scored another goal late on.
It was the first game of 8 on the trot in which Edwards scored!

Get a load of these cunts! I sincerely hope that we muller them tomorrow night.
Send that weird looking cunt Cooper, with his half startled, half cut, welsh face, home with additional look of ‘well spanked arse’ to his weird chops.

Manchester (both lots) is a global brand now, not a football city. Same for the red side of Liverpool. You have a point with Sunderland. Newcastle are deluded and live in the past.

"If we approach with the same mentality as at Preston, and we will lose.”

If we approach it with the same mentality as Millwall, they will win.

Bounce anal?
What does it mean when the British say “an’ all”?

It means “as well”.

Eg:
Harry: Ah’m ‘ungry (I am hungry)
Sam: “me an’ all” (I am hungry as well) (or, I am hungry too)

Or:
Mum: “g’ t’shop an’ gerrussumspuds, will ya” (Will you please go to the shop and buy some potatoes, darling son/daughter)
Mum (as son/daughter is about to leave) “oh an’gerrusanonion an’ all” (oh, will you also please buy an onion whilst you are there. Thank you).

Sometimes it is used for emphasis:
“’Ave gorritdun. It were right big an’ all” (I have done it. It was very large too).

Or:
“I et it. It were ‘ot an’ all” (I have eaten it, despite it being very spicy)

I'm 45 now.

As a Primary school kid I once did some fundraising to raise money for the Zebrugge ferry disaster.

I was rightly proud of myself at the time.

Thing is, I don't still fucking go on about it as if it were yesterday, like Forest and Wednesday do. It's as relevant as Wednesday and Forest speaking of their achievements from what is now the last century!

Twenty blokes playing 7 a side, there is something not rate with these numbers 😁

A few of my work mates travel from Notts both Arsenal fans. Weirds me out as well.

Thank you ❤️
35 years ago this week, I worked for Townsend Thoreson on a different ferry and had to pass it every day. Truly horrible.

Not the reply I was expecting! 10 year old me was more than happy to knock on every door of our estate for sponsorship.

Sorry you had to witness. Truly awful.

Let’s hope we do have a strong referee. Brennan Johnson is a very talented and quick player but has a tendency to fall to the floor very easily
