Seen as Doony are playing Reading so praise and grumble is delayed til later so thought i'd start one.

Mine is a Grumble Fuck off blackwell, today was a joke we were so bad i just don't know where we are going from here. I know one thing under blackwell we are going nowhere.

Hmmm constuctive...think about the fact that 3 of our back for 2 weeks ago have either been sold, returned to parent club or injured.

Im not saying the quality of the football is good, but you take any team, take their defence apart and see what happens. At the end of the day we got a point

It's a grumble. We are awful at the minute. We must drop Stewart, Quinn and Evans immediately. Replace with Ward (I can't believe II have to type that), Camara and in Stewart's case, any human being with the ability to walk - and we'd be far, far better.

Let Blackwell finish off the season being the fall guy for our "re profiling" - then get somebody in with even the occasional thought of entertaining the punters.

Totally depressed tonight, only avoiding the rope because it's clear to me that we are capable of so much more.

It was absolutely dreadful. The first half display would have embarrassed a pub team.

Quinn plumbed new depths of ineptitude. His random kicks at the ball [impossible to describe them as passes] ended up either in touch or at the feet of the opposition and the elpitons were just black comedy.

Wiliamson and Yeates take some credit for at least trying to play a bit of football.

Where was Harper? Has he dared to tell Blacko a few uncomfortable truths.

Join the Campaign for Real Football. Blacko OUT!

Thats Bollocks, Jordan Stewart was far, far worse than Stephen Quinn

Is that supposed to make me feel better? We've had the heart ripped out of the team, there is no class left and now Bunn's injured too. Where do we go from here? Down and down, I suspect. From Clapper to knocker in half a season. Well done to both Kevins

If it hadn't been for Mark Bunn today, it would have been really embarrassing. Derby could have led 3-0 at half time easily had they had their finishing boots on.

I commented at half time that there was a real split in the team. The players content to play the Blackwell way and the players who were frustrated with it. Ched Evans, Richard Cresswell and Lee Williamson all showed signs of frustration in the first half at the lack of anything other than hoof to Henderson.

I'd be interested to know what Henderson thinks of all this hoofball. He is set up to be the fall-guy in a way as it is him that encourages Blackwell to use the tactic. I'm not sure he is 100% happy with being the big target though.

Defensive crisis didn't help matters. I don't like to see loan players down the spine of a team anyway so two at centre half was worrying. Apart from a couple of risky decisions in first half, Nosworthy and Kallio did OK. Lots of comments have been made re: Monty at right back but that wasn't an issue at all; the issue was the gaping gap down the left of our defence with Jordan Stewart stood in it. Time and time again, he was embarrassed by Tonge and Commons who wandered on the right wing time after time after time.

Quinn was awful; how he completed 90 minutes is a mystery to me.

Was happy for Willo to get the goal as he always continued to work hard despite the frustrations he was clearly suffering. Yeates had a good last half-hour - although he had been poor first hour for me - and Ward made a difference. Whilst I understood the need to bring Camara on today, I cannot understand the decision to take off Ched. Blackwell bought him for big money but when we need a goal, he takes him off.

Troubled times ahead.

It was 15 mins into the second half.

Derby's goalie made two good saves, Camara only just missed from the corner kick and Bunn hardly had to make a save. Could have won 3/4-1 but that would have been such an injustice. Today was shit but we could have won by two or three goals. That seems to be Blackies way, tight at the back and nick it.

God it was shit though.

Opinions, opinions...

I thought Ched was his usual, anonymous self today. 'When we need a goal'? More chance from getting one from one of those dummies they use in practice line-ups.

Now I must admit, I had similar thoughts when he took Hendo off (after all, he has scored in recent history), but as it turned out, it altered the way we played and brought on Wardy (fine footballing brain, that lad).

Down to Blackwell's inspired substitutions? Hardly. Once again he wasted 20-odd minutes of the second half before realising you can't polish a turd. Had Derby got a - deserved - second in that time, it would have been all over.

Hey, am not saying that Ched was going to get one but Blackwell's big signing this season has been Ched. Surely in that case, he should have confidence in Evans' ability to get a goal? We needed one. Does that mean Blackwell doesn't have confidence in Chedwyn?

There are two opinions on Ched. Yours and mine - needs a side to play football. He is Billy Sharp #2 and Blackwell will ruin him the same way he ruined Billy. Sharp only got more time than Ched because he is a Blade.

There is nothing obvious that stands out about Evans. He is not quick, strong, tricky ... That suggests that he is simply a goalscorer. He scores for Wales, he scored goals for Norwich, he played Premier League for Citeh ... Add to that, he isn't missing chances for United. He never gets any. It would be interesting to see him getting chances galore because I have a feeling he'd start scoring a la Sharp at Donny.
