Fulham forward Seol Ki-Hyeon has had his contract at Craven Cottage cancelled by mutual consent. The 31-year-old South Korean made only five appearances for Fulham this season and is keen to find regular first-team football with a World Cup approaching.
"Seol has been a good servant," said boss Roy Hodgson. "He's been here longer than me and whenever called upon he's gone out and done his best.
"He just hasn't convinced me he should be playing week-in, week-out."
Hodgson did not reveal whether Seol has a new club lined up, but the former Reading star will be desperate to play in his third World Cup finals in South Africa in the summer.

"He's had one or two spells in the team when he performed well, but unfortunately during those two years I didn't pick him as the number one name on the list," added Hodgson.
"As a result we're worried that if he doesn't take this opportunity and things don't change in the next four or five months he will miss out on his World Cup place.
"That would be a great pity because he has the quality to play in the South Korean team in the World Cup campaign. I wish him well."

I think Mark Yeates who blackie tried to sign pre-season is more of a potential signing than the Fulham fella.

Apparantly, he's mulling over a move this weekend. Strachan's ditched him.

He certainly looked handy when we played them earlier this season and if that price is accurate it would seem like a no brainer.

Pre-season I was very keen on us signing yeates, he is a great little player and I think he would be a big success at united as he is our sort of player.

I've wanted us to sign him since he was at Colchester, think he'll do a really good job for us if we use him right.
