Points not taken v Points nicked

Monday night was another game where we have not taken the points that our play deserves.
The first one I remember was Norwich at home. Then you can add Birmingham, Bristol, Villa, Brentford(a), and now Cardiff. I make that an extra 15 points we should have.
Some may add a point for the shit lino at Middlesbrough away,but I'm not sure we we played well enough to deserve that. Or Forest and Ipswich away where we created plenty of chances, but I can't say that we dominated those games.

On the other side of the coin there are those games where we haven't played well but nicked points.
I honestly can't think of a single point that we haven't deserved...anybody?

Thought we were a bit fortunate to win against Leeds at home, and certainly we were lucky to draw with Forest other week with the chances they had second half. Burton at home could also have gone very differently if they'd taken their chances in the first half.

Overall I agree though - the difference for me is that in the games you've mentioned, we have legitimately dominated the game and somehow failed to score the goals we deserved, whereas my examples are a bit more "50/50".

There are a few where we have won that we couldn't have argued if they had finished level. Bolton away, QPR home etc but we've had nothing like what we saw against Cardiff, Bristol , Birmingham and Brentford away. Those games were completely one way.

We were lucky to beat the Pigs remember, because had their players been up for it we wouldn't have stood a chance.

Bolton away and villa away wasn't our greatest games. Villa away from 2-0 down seems like a point gained the most for me even though we didn't play bad once we got back level but at 2-0 down in ten mins most of us would have said a point is a point gained?

i said yesterday i think 17pts because at middlesborough away i remember at 0-0 Clarke had a easy chance 10yds out that he should've buried, like lee evans on monday

I thought the 0-0 loss against the pigs was a tad harsh but I suppose that’s football and another 3 points dropped.
