Theoretically a softer run of games coming up

Derby (H)
Wobbly Wrexham (H)
Preston (A)
Charlton (A)
Watford (H)

A chance to put of a run together perhaps, so how many points out of the next 5 games? 👇

Fireworks and drums outside Wrexhams hotel. 3 wins on the bounce, two draws there after.

Derby (H) Draw
Wobbly Wrexham (H). Loss
Preston (A). Win
Charlton (A). Draw
Watford (H). Win

8 points

Any less than 10 would be a failure IMO.
No easy games in the Championship. We aren't the only team whose points total hasn't reflected performances. Some have played better than their points total suggests, and some have played worse.

A run of games against lower placed teams is welcome but that doesn't mean they will be easy. We could lose two and win three.

Nine points from five would be a decent haul, but for some people, losing two will be conclusive proof that we definitely need to sack Wilder (even though we won't).

I'm going for 9. Three wins and two losses. It won't be enough for some people but almost 2 points a game is close to automatic promotion form.

Which one do you think we are? Genuine question...

Played poorer than our points total suggested for the first few games, and have got what we deserve on average for the past 4 or 5 games

There aren’t, but the next batch of games certainly aren’t easy, so we need to try and capitalise whilst we can.

Minimum of 10, then the next 7 after that will give a better indication of how we compare

15?

😅😅

That would be six consecutive league wins.

We haven't done that in the Championship since Warnock was manager.
Good job we got rid of the big-nosed twat, he was never a Blade. Always put himself first and always looking for a payoff. Getting shut of dinosaur Warnock made us far better and stronger.

We may have had a slight relegation blip a bit later but at least we didn't have to suffer his embarrassing rants and baffling team selections. We looked to the future, not the past, with Robson, Blackwell and Micky Adams.

We have to beat Derby. They look useless. Please attack them, be ruthless and get the fans up for it. Not the game to be cagey.

Yeah - thats pretty much my view as well.

And people don`t like xG - but we are getting to a reasonable sample size this season an xG indicates we have a few more points that we arguably "should" have.

It's a good run of games, I'm not going to predict how many points, but if we get a good run, the mood could significantly change over the next month.

Dripping in irony

Preston, Charlton and Derby in terrible form, I'd hope to beat Watford at the lane Disney FC might give us a game, I'd be looking at 12–13 pts from those teams.
