If CoH valued Cannon at £10m 9months ago and now consider writing him off by loaning him to PNE, then surely its worth the risk for CoH to pay a similar figure for a top manager. Retaining Selles as the U23 Man would avoid writing off his contract and might see his methods develop the technical ability of the academy alongside the benefit of a Top manager, potentially we might progress.
