It is a bit tinpot that we still haven’t sold out. We sold more home tickets for the Fulham game.

Fans can't buy what's not available
There are more empty seats today than there were yesterday, which indicates that the club once again are fucking about staggering sales of tickets, without a care in the world for fans who have to travel, or get time off work, or make family arrangements.

How many are left in total, it doesn't look like there's many on the website?

Most seem to be in the BLLT and weren't these only just released?
Just done a quick tot up - theres about 150 on BLLT with a couple of single seats in the south stand. Then about the same number of restricted views in FC and on Kop.

There were 500+ left when I checked yesterday lunch. I agree the club have made a mess of things but even still we should sell out.

There’s far more than 150 on BLLT. Literally just checked and there’s 300+.

21 in section BL1,
33 in section BL2,
149 in section BL3,
92 in section BL4

On the Kop there are 75 left
And the Kop Concentration Camp Corner -85

So about 450 in total

But considering the only place you could buy a ticket yesterday was on the Bramall Lane End it appears that the club is opening up new sections of the kop and South Stand and John Street, and making it up as it goes along. We might still find that tomorrow many sections of the stadium have not been put up for sale

Errr yes, probably more than that

It's what the powers that be and the biggest numpty club on the planet do.

Anything to make us look small and stupid

I noticed also at the pig ground, the end section of the North Stand empty......Why?

With the condemned corner empty and the Sunderland fans half a mile up in the air, why was that section required to be empty ?

They come down on United fans even harder, It is just plain fucking stupid and stinks of a bunch of pricks sat in an office, making decisions to try to justify their existence
There are still tickets available and the game kicks off tomorrow. We’ve been fair to the opposition and also given season ticket holders two days to sort their seat out. Everyone else has had five days.

Anyone who hasn’t got a ticket only has themselves to blame.

People who won't go because they can't sit in their season ticket seats.

Absolute rubbish.

So if say, John from Wisconsin visits the UK on vacation, he's never been to Sheffield before, but we're one of the home fixtures this weekend in the Premier league and he sees the game isn't sold out. Perhaps he thinks he'll get a taste of soccer and have a rootin' tootin' time.

Nope. Sorry John. Everton have sold out the away end and as as you're not on our system and don't have 500 loyalty points, we'll be turning you away.

Just one example of lost revenue for us. Not only that, maybe its not a tourist, but just a casual potential fan or family looking for something to get involved in. We'd make it an absolute nightmare for them. Its a joke of a policy.

I am sure that if said cheesehead contacted the ticket office rather than going down "computer says no" route he'd have been fine. As I say, slightest effort.

My thoughts exactly.

Can just imagine old Dora trying to ram her phone in the ticket sensor thingy while a fat steward squeezes through to assist her by telling her she needs to have the QR code on the screen then having to scroll through countless photos of Timmy the Yorkshire Terrier with a Blades rosette on his fucking yappy head.
mate i sit on the South stand and there are people who go every match who cant even use their card properly to get access so god help us when we're using QR codes om phones thats why i went for paper copy

Take a few deep breaths and read his first post again, in your case very slowly. He accuses SUFC of being the worst club in the league for fucking up ticket sales. Unless he or you have attempted to buy tickets, online or otherwise from all 91 other clubs it becomes a spurious claim. In simple terms, for your benefit, I'm calling bullshit.
And have you bought tickets from the other 91 clubs..... no thought not so how do you know its bullshit?

Much like people who move to fancy foreign islands miles away from BDTBL.

Loyalty points should be a score multiplier based on how far away you live from the Lane, and what modes of transport you're required to use to get there.

If you need to get a boat or plane to come t'lane then it's 1000 points per match.

Right then. I have printed off our tickets and I have also taken a pic from the pdf on screen of the QR code. Will that work from my phone or do I have to flash the print-off.
I have also got a ticket for my mate from Denmark but this is a mobile ticket, you can't print the QR code from the PDF, but I obviously don't have access to his mobile. I have tried to whatsapp the QR code to him as a pic. Will that work?

Can't you just send him the email with the pdf

This isn’t true.

Because we never have before?

We've never averaged this crowd in the second tier whilst we've had play offs.

We've never had over 28,000 home fans in the ground the week before at the last home game before the play offs.

People saving their cash for Wembley ;)

People saving their cash for Wembley ;)

Not only booked my grand a night room at the Hilton at Wembley for the night before we beat Huddersfield, I've also arranged a champagne reception in the banqueting suite afterwards to celebrate our return to the Prem.

Fail to plan, plan to fail.

Just been in ticket office. A steady stream of customers and one person serving them, one other on the phone line. I waited about 10mins, no drama. I was listening to the calls being answered on the phone. One after the other constant calls. Every call was answered the same. Not word for word but close

"Hello United ticket office,
You want tickets for tomorrow? Are you on our database? Have you bought a ticket before? Sorry but because you don't have any purchase history we can't sell you a ticket. Due to Forest selling out their allocation. Sorry about that".
Hello United ticket office"

I'm not moaning or judging, just saying how it is. UTB
