Players or staff posts??

Is there any evidence of players or staff posting under assumed names/

I wouldn't be a very good administrator if I answered that question in detail now would I? :)

Current and ex-players, staff and family members do read and occasionally post.

Logic would dictate that it's mostly reading though. One used to have a good natter on the shoutbox, until doubters "outed" him as a fake. He wasn't.

I don't mean to doubt you, but how do you know that they who say they are who they are are who they say they are?

I have various methods.

The one I mention above answered some very tricky questions that only he would know about a place he used to live and who he used to live with just up the road from me :)

That and we used to play footy in his front garden as young lads.

I post under "Rooks"

Mick Rooker

I've been trying to crack the code on that username for years Mick!

I'd have never have guessed :D

Yo Mick, or should I say ex Boss ? A long time since we were at Hinde House concentration camp with Commadant Edwards

Hope you are keeping well Trev, went past Hinde House the other day, doesn't seem to have changed much.

Sorry to say not been well at all over the last 2 years Mick, keep on rockin mate.

When I was about 10 years' old I was Jimmy Hagan (in my dreams).

I tried to copy some of Hagan's wizardry during a school football games session, and fell flat on my back. The teacher in charge called out "You ballet dancer..."

It scarred me for life.

[The school was Carterknowle Junior, and the teacher was William Morgan - who in fact was a hero to many of us. Great man. He nurtured the individual talents of everyone in his class and even taught us to sing hymns in Welsh!]

I went to Carterknowle! Much, much later than you though. I used to copy Fjortoft's goal celebration on the playground. We used to have some great matches/fights with the other class in our year. Eventually they separated us and only one class was allowed to play football each playtime.
