As much as I dispise the majority of thier deluded following, even I think this is a step too far for that lot, it’s the fans that can’t get there due to age, disability, financial (there’s a lot of them) that listen to the radio and rely on it for the weekly dose of commentary and banter. It will have an adverse impact on us too as less pigs on the radio to banter with, which is always fun and part and parcel of fandom.

Being a carer for people who are either elderly or otherwise unable do things as easily I feel bad for the less tech savvy/elderly/disabled fans. I know that if it were us and I knew anyone who was unable to get to games or the pub and now couldn't listen because of the greed of the club I'd be apoplectic.

Rivalries aside, what a weird thing for the Porkers to do.
In the overall scheme of things the money involved must be peanuts and the loss of goodwill far more expensive.
Also think the BBC should be doing a bit better and there should be a deal with the EFL that covers all clubs so individual clubs can't screw over their fans.
