Whilst we may wish for more consistency the only way to achieve this in my opinion would be to have multiple officials like American football.

Agree entirely, however, in both cases I've mentioned the referee was just yards away looking right at it.

No need for multiple officials in these cases, just referee's to have bollocks and be consistant in their decision making.

Sounds quiet due to the wind filter on the camera blocking out the roar. Listen for the bloody whistle while it's on its way in too, that didn't half confuse us for a split second!

Too right it was confusing!

I looked at the ref once it went it and he wasnt pointing to the centre circle like they do when a goal is scored, i had to look at my old man, look about the away end, look back at the ref then the players before i celebrated like a mad man, whilst being pushed down the stairs of the upper tier

That one of Monty is brilliant. Again, typical pigs staying at the end and grouping at the front to shout some abuse at our players. What a horrible set of sub-humans they are.

That whistle and the fact the goal went in direct from the free kick combined with the fact we had a crappy view on the bottom tier meant it was a good 5-10 seconds before I actually realised we'd scored.

Goals against the pigs are always the biggest to savour, so a tad disappointing for it to be all confused, dint matter tho, still loved it

I saw that handful of Blades players giving the grunters a few verbals and gestures, couldnt quite make out what was actually being gestured though and i was directly in line with it
