Saw this in the window of a closed down betting shop and wondered what the game was? Sure thats monty on the floor and it looks like us attacking but cant work out the game. Hoping to get in touch with the managing agent as to wether they will let me have it. As long as its positive would look great on my sons wall as a murial.

in the 89th minute Lee Hendrie nearly scored for us but in the next minute he gave the ball away for Lee Croft to score! Who was our player that had a go at Hendrie for his gift? We were dominant in that match

Morgan, it was! I have problems in recalling Blades matches in the last few years but I remember that match. The coach my son and I were travelling in broke down on the way back. Shred's coach pulled up and Shred asked if any of us would like to hop into his coach. I knew him and we got in his coach! Top man!

Remember being at that game1 Was living in Norwich at the time and had all my family down to watch the game and stay at mine.

Can remember the Norwich fans had adapted / stolen our Tom Harks song and when they scored that goal they blasted it out over the tannoys and the Canaries bounced about waving their arms up and down as we did in our triple assault season.

I suspect Croft is the guy half obscured behind Kenny and the United player behind him (Morgan?) who looks like he might have kicked the ball, has just been running and arrived too late.

According to this report Croft "found the bottom right corner from inside the area". The guy on the floor in the middle must be him.

I remember that game. Had a few pints in the Fat Cat with other Blades before sharing a cab to the ground.

Fatty Croft has been a bit of a nemesis, that goal in the last minute, and the ball boy incident a few years ago.

Besides the result of this game, I can remember the wife( Norwich STH!) sitting in the home stand opposite the away stand just waving at me as if to say, "Ha ha ha!!" or something along those lines as I vividly recall!!!!
