What’s his YouTube compilation like? If it’s any good gerrimsigned

This Patrick Roberts would be very useful to us, but unfortunately since leaving Celtic he has really lost his way.
A very bad injury curtailed his second loan spell with Celtic, and he hasn't recovered

He looked a decent player for Sunderland over both legs and if I'm being honest, he and Clarke looked like their only real dangermen. Clarke was their outlet on the break and kept beating the Pig fullback time and again (Moore didn't seem to see the fucking obvious on Monday and did nothing to close this down before it was too late...ha ha), whilst Roberts looked like he was on his toes in the box and looked a danger. I'd welcome either of them to the Lane in the summer if Sunderland don't make it.

He's got ability, but he's a featherweight that can't seem to cut the mustard anywhere he goes. Highly unlikely he'll suddenly step up to be a top end Championship player or a comfortable-mid-table-Prem (😜) player.

Tell you what Sunderland had some very good players for league one , Roberts , Stewart & Clarke

Can remember watching Clarke when Leeds played us at the lane and he was top drawer but seems to have lost his way altogether

Clarke certainly more likely to be a good signing, despite having struggled since Spurs signed him.

He is still on the books at Spurs but he career has tanked somewhat. You tend to get repeatedly loaned out at a higher and higher level not the other way round.

Should have stayed at dirty Leeds

No offence to the opening post but I'm extremely glad we left well enough alone and let Roberts get on with it himself.

In the last year of his contract according to Transfermarkt, left footed (but mainly plays on the right), one of the most creative wingers/attacking midfielders in the Championship last season (along with Ilias Chair). Already a Blades legend! Worth another look?

As in my post. He seemed very clear but not as to how many.
When asked in his Palace pre match interview he said he hoped to have one in before Palace game, Hamer signs late Friday night.

If he said he hopes to have players in before Forest then it looks likely we will have some players in by then, otherwise he would have said that it was unlikely we'll sign anyone before the Forest game.

See my reply above: he uses the word “certainly “
