Thought his all-round play was excellent today, and a huge part of why we dominated the game until the red cards.

Piss off.Hi Blades -- a few thoughts on the impact of Patrick Bamford in this piece below on the BBC website:

Sheffield United opinion: Bamford contract extension is great news
BBC Radio Sheffield's Rob Staton says Sheffield United extending the stay of Patrick Bamford could be the deal of the season.www.bbc.co.uk
Really really hope this catches on. Unique for Bamford rather than recycling an old chant for other playersOnly heard it on the way out, but a Bamford chant to Brimful of Asha?
Yes please.![]()

‘Will score 4 or 5’ would sound alright wouldnt it?Brimful of Bamford on the 45.
ANOTHER?!Saved to Bookmarks, with "Bamford with Tits" as a label![]()
Everybody needs a Basham ?
Could be out 2-3 weeks according to wilder in post match presser![]()
Could be mind games. Wilder is renowned for it. Normally though it's the other way round. He will say a player is in contention when there's no chance he will recover in time.I doubt its mind games.
We go "full tilt" in training so Pat is very likely injured and that is also why Jairo is still unavailable.
Well let's hope it is because without Bamford we are significantly weaker up front. Either the Phillips money or the Rothwell money would have been better spent on a back up for Bamford. We've got numerous CMs and one proper CFCould be mind games. Wilder is renowned for it. Normally though it's the other way round. Keen Blade I've said it before and again last night Ogbene is a half decent striker, when he was at Rotherham he was brought in as a frontman(if think) so not sure when he was moved to right side of midfield.Might be mind games by CW for Boro.
If not , the way Ogbene chested the ball and calmly finished puts him ahead of Cannon as a striker , for me.
I could never see Cannon doing what Brooks or Ogbene did to score tonight
Bamford definitely back for Boro game. Would not put it past Wilder to blag the press over it.
Same.Bamford definitely back for Boro game. Would not put it past Wilder to blag the press over it.
Heard it at Charlton. Banger.Brimful of Bamford on the 45.
What, Bamford, feign injury, Shirley not?Bamford definitely back for Boro game. Would not put it past Wilder to blag the press over it.
Transfermarkt suggests he's played there 20 times, scoring 6. Worth a tryKeen Blade I've said it before and again last night Ogbene is a half decent striker, when he was at Rotherham he was brought in as a frontman(if think) so not sure when he was moved to right side of midfield.
One thing's for sure I'd rather him being thrown up top with cannon instead of Ings( who has imo had his better days).

Why not try him up front against a team like Oxford, 2nd from bottom would have been ideal to play him in a front 2 with Cannon, but no, manager goes with a single striker and he's on the bench, Cannon looked better when he had someone alongside him imo, what do they do in training, do they try something different or what
He was definitely played as a striker at Rotherham, although lost a bit of pace after his injury. He showed great composure the other night to tuck that one away and if offered the space that he got, looking at his Rotherham goals there would be others he could add. Ironically he set-up the winner against Oxford away, shame we can't play them every week.Keen Blade I've said it before and again last night Ogbene is a half decent striker, when he was at Rotherham he was brought in as a frontman(if think) so not sure when he was moved to right side of midfield.

RS were saying McCallum is out 6-8 weeks at least with a broken ankle so I think we can write off his season to be honest which is a massive loss.Same.
We don’t know the extent of McCallum’s absence yet within the day Wilder is already reeling off 2-3 week absence stats.
I think he was 50-50 and given the opposition, Wilder decided not to take the risk and make sure he’s 100% for Boro.
I’m still scarred by Hecky having McBurnie at the Press Conference before we played Cardiff City, when he didn’t even make the bench and by all accounts was hobbling once the cameras were off!
I saw them wrote on a social media post but I’ve forgotten them now, something about our number 9 who wears number 45?Heard it at Charlton. Banger.
I’d like to know more about the lyrics
