You'd never have believed it years ago when we were beating Bolton and Parkinson looked like a dinosaur in comparison but it just goes to prove who the best coach is when the field is levelled in terms of players at a coach's disposal.
Parkinson has done really well and he's still building, although I wouldn't want him as my manager as he's unlikeable and a miserable twat. Wilder is getting worse and worse in terms of game management, substitutions, and his distorted view of some of the players at his disposal.
It's been getting worse for some time now and he needs to go, but there's no point unless he takes everyone from Bettis downwards with him. Clear out all the Wilder sycophants, abandon the 'Sunday League' mentality, and start again with an experienced DofF and a clear vision and a professional culture.
I didn't go today as I thought I knew what was coming and I'm not renewing next season for the first time in many years. I'll always want us to win but I'm thoroughly sick of the 'Cult of Wilder' attitude that now defines us as a club. If others want to keep buying it, than fair enough, knock yourselves out.
Just prepare for another league failure and get a few quid on us to lose in the first round of both cup competitions. It's the Wilder way after all. I mean, who else could possibly manage us and 'get the fans'.
