Got no other words than that.

If he doesn't tear strips off them in the post match he wants to fuck off with them as well.

Weak, meek and absolutely pathetic. I've never seen a more fragile side at the lane and I've seen us nearly go down to league 2.

You and me don't always agree but pathetic is the only word that sums today up. Started out with one up front at home again, created a couple of good chances but fucked them up, almost gifted them a goal with a free header and didn't learn from it, and the second half panned out exactly as I told the wife at half time that it would.

How can he tear strips off them when he's the one coaching them, mentoring them and setting them up? If he doesn't know how unfit and fragile they are by now then he needs to fuck off and take them with him. None of us minds as much if we can see what the plan is, and that the players are giving their all but we're getting back to Selles levels with recent performances, equally as clueless and that my friend, is fucking unforgivable from all concerned.

We don't chase goals late in a game

We merely play out a defeat

I doubt there's a more pathetic team in the country in this regard

If this bunch of players had anything about them whatsoever, they wouldn't have let fucking Wrexham double us, after what happened at their place

But they're a set of spineless bastards who don't give a toss

It doesn't help that we're effectively without a captain. Tanganga is an even worse captain than he is a defender

And Wilder needs to ask himself why opposition managers can regularly make changes to benefit their team and turn a game, while he can't

This season is going to end in a sour place

They didn't have to change anything today, just wait for the goals that we always gift teams then watch us run out of ideas.

We play the exact same way we play all game, just a touch quicker and further forward. It's so bizarre.

We need a fundamental rebuild of all aspects of the club, top to bottom. I would be perfectly happy to have two or three seasons in the wilderness while that takes shape too prepare us for a better future.
Brilliantly put sometimes you have to go backwards to move forwards.. not selles backwards but im with you

Quite agree with that in fairness.

We battered them, then we scored, and did our usual tactic.

And I'd agree about the coaching mentoring etc. but they lack basic skills that any footballer at this level should have.

Problem starts at the top

Most owners don’t ’know Football’ but they bring someone in who does

Given they running back tail between their legs, and Bettis been up wilders arse

Who challenges and bollox Wilder, no one - no pressure

Get in a DoF, new manager and coaches

See Man U, Norwich, Swansea etc

I was saying that myself to my mates. Some decent football first half with 1,yes 1 up front. Parkinson puts them 10 yards further up,moves a midfielder further up,Riedewald retires after 60,Gus is done after 30,O,Hare disappears,Bamford gets head high passes,Pecks passing in the 2nd was abysmal,Ogbene gets put to right back, hahaha,Davies wanders all over with no control, more subs, square pegs in round holes,a tactical shit show! Wrexham were awful and he got schooled by Parky(a football dinosaur) to many, again. AND again,he ran Brooks into the ground until he could barely walk,he should have pulled him after 70,the management of most of these players is terrible. I await the Wilder fans response,he’s had 30 odd matches now and we are still in Selles territory.

First half we were fine, but very profligate. You could see what was going to happen. Went 1-0 up, and you could see what was going to happen.
It appeared that the only person in the 27000+ crowd who couldn't see what was going to happen was Mr Wilder. I'll leave it at that and see what people say!!!

We go a goal up, the midfield immediately drops back ten yards and opponents have a huge space to launch attacks from. Even poor sides often manage it. Then the lack of heart and obvious substitutions add to the mix. There’s little heart on the pitch a lack of any quality on the bench and definitely yesterdays men for tactics and motivation.

We’ve seen it before recently yet some still think the answers still there.

Our issue is, we're far from the finished article. That's why we create but are wasteful. Then, we lack the depth like-for-like, to keep the same tempo. Chong, Blaster, Ings, Davies. None bring the same fitness as who they replaced. The try, they are honest pros, but they have all had significant injuries in their careers. I won't take any of that "useless wanker" or "their on the beach already" crap. That's just laziness that shows the individual poster up. They are clearly trying.

The issue now, is that we're unlikely to have the resources needed to address the issues at hand. And what positives we do have (Cooper, O'Hare, Hamer, Seriki, Brooks, Peck) are likely to go.

Like I say, this isn't so much the opposition fighting their way back in to games, but us fading out of them. There's a difference. Combine that with easily knocked confidence and it explains why we are where we are.

Why oh why can he not see what lots of us in the stands can see Playing with Hamer is like playing with 9 outfield players.Ahh yes we got a good draw with 9 last week no Hamer in the team.
Has soon has we scored he should have hooked Hamer and put Mcguiness or Hjelde on 5 at the back 4 across the middle and 1 up front and see the game out Wrexham looked poor till we scored.
It's like a bad dream.
Tanganga is one of the worst center half's I have watched I wouldn't mind but he allegedly cost 10 million.

Spot on mate, think the away sides pass utds tactics on to each other in the division when coming to the lane, knowing they will outwit Wilder on formations & substitutions! To be outwitted by a dinosaur like Parkinson is embarrassing ffs!

Looks like we are going to have two or three seasons in the wilderness, so yes, I think you're absolutely right. For God's sake, though, let's take time over it and make a decent appointment, not the farcical situation we found ourselves in last summer. Wilder will keep us as a solid team for a few years yet and keep us safe from relegation, but that time is probably better spent giving a good next-generation manager time to build us up. Absolutely nothing against Wilder, grateful he agreed to save us this season. Only problem is, I'll be buggered if we are likely to actually appoint the right person, so am I being stupid with the "grass is always greener" approach - we could easily end up joining the pigs. Really tough call.
