hi i hope your all ok,ive not been on here for a few days not been to well.i get nab migranes and really had to push myself to go to work to pay housesold bills and rent its been hell and im founding hard to go out anymore,its hard to talk about it all.but since i got beat up im not the same i want to stay in were its safe,im getting pannick attacks due to what happed to me in 2016 and i wonder if ill ever be able to watch blades play again,i miss the lane and the kop,it will be a huge boost and i hope we win west brom tomoz 2.0 ,,,take care,,

my answer to the question im often asked on facebook and twitter and instagram is why im westie man because i changed my user name on here from pasta man and italian blade in tribute tio my lovely little pal i rescued for 11yrs my westie girl zara thats why im westie man pal its in respect to a dear friend i miss buddy .youll understad what i mean had to show some respect to my family dog i loved to bits because i love westies pal..but in theory im still pasta man on here its pasta mans thread ,,,utb,,,.
