Couldn't do it myself so had to get my sister to take him while I was in London. Getting back home on Sunday and not having him there to greet me was heartbreaking. I miss him so much, had him in my life for 18 years.

thanks for kind sorry about your ben raul & sorry about whitehawks dog our condolances to you both ...its a sad time m8 yes your right its the hardest thing to put a pal you love to sleep .....a dog is mans best friend were..... both gutted we cant function or eat we cant even put her bowls away still got food in were both hurting ,,,we keep looking for zara our westie its lonely at home without her we rescued her 10yrs ago good friend

Its hard mate, I lost mine 30 odd years ago and things are never the same, but you get there in the end. Look after Jane now, that's the main thing.

Thinking the same, I did a bit of internet hunting this afternoon and managed to find his Facebook. I won't reveal it on here for his sake but you'll be pleased to hear he's still posting away. Looks like he's staying safe and looking forward to getting back to playing bowls (and no doubt seeing the mighty red and white wizards)
